How to use System Restore in Windows 7

Hey, quick question of you- I think I caught a virus yesterday morning. My computer is running fine, but I did a "Norton Power Eraser" scan & it said it found something, then when it tried removing it, it said "Remove was unsuccessful", I think it may be a Stealth Virus. Right before I got this virus, I organized A LOT of files, moved them around. If I would restore my computer back to a week ago, will my files still be organized or will they be in the location where they were at a week ago? Thx

@0marbrav030 you may open the system restore by right click on My Computer > Properties > Advanced System Settings > then click on System Protection tab..
