Well I read the comments before I started to watch, and at first, it seemed like just a misstuned piano and some half-sloppy guitar playing and the singing started just fine, but man, you really slaughtered the song :D
piano or guitar is outta tune. chorus and second verse was horrible mainly due to the guitar. change the guitarist and try again cuz the vocal can be fine
