The way I saw it the girl from the world that ended reset time and place him back right as Ushio was born, granting him his wish that nagisa had lived.It may not be what technicly happened but it makes me feel better thinking of it that way lol.

Don't any of you remember kotomi saying tomoya was special and the connecting of different worlds through the brain? nagisa and ushio DID DIE in one of the worlds. but ushio could transport tomoya to another better ending world, she had some mysterious power thing going on. I think the lonely ushio in the ended world was one who tomoya abandoned after he died in one of the realities

@MurasakiTama You got it slightly wrong. They died in that world, but they're alive in another one. (A different dimension. If you remember, Kotomi's parents were studying about other dimensions or something like that, so they're alive in another world, but died in the world they showed they died in.)

Usihios death scene, instead of the non vocal version. They used the vocal version of town flow of time for the sadder bits so it seems a shame that this wasn't included. It's the most dramatic and emotionaly charged Clannad song ive heared. Im not nit picking, i just think the music and atmosphere is part of what made Clannad so good and so sad, so leaving a song as sad and beautiful as this out is a shame.

@Ossu2you The characters of the story were believable and familiar. They're relationships and tribulations became important to you as a viewer. That is the magic of a good story. The ability to direct and conjour emotion for the characters sake and bring you into thier world. That is what a good film should do.

. I believe that anime is every bit as viable a story telling medium as any live action film or otherwise. Its sad that people dont often give the artform its due credit.

I wish I could tell which album this was from exactly. But I extracted the songs and threw away the folder. All I know is that it was a re-arrangment album. The most popular one in it being "Over"... all of the songs are derived from I've's and KSL original albums I beleive.
