"heroic mode" is 25 man, the bosses gain significantly more health and gain new abilities that most of the time make a big difference. "hard mode" are modes that can be done in normal or heroic mode that make the fight that much more challenging

from the info i gathered it look like you gotta watch for the snow falling above you because and ice chunk is gonna fall, you cant stand in the same spot too long or you get frozen to the ground (much like Keristraza in Nexus), when snow chunks fall they sometimes create a snow mound which protects you from what appears to be a type of AOE, it also seems there is an iceblock (like a web wrap) which people need to be broken from

It's doesn't really matter where and with what profession. You can make that money with mining/herbalism in sholazar, or you farm ulduar relics and blasting triggers as a engineer, or, if you have none of that, you simply farm eternal fire or worg/wyrm meet in the stom peak caves. Just as simply as that. 500g/hour minimum.
