I'm tired of people comparing her to Beyonce,Madonna etc. Yes i'm happy to see some comments with depth but damn music isn't all about being moral.Sometimes you need to feel like a diva and listen to Beyonce,sometimes people need to enjoy the simple things and listen to Janet and sometimes you jus need to go hard and listen to some Ciara or some hip hop.Different people have different taste different moods and so fort.Quality of music isnt universal, stop with the ''oh what has music come to''.

What's with the Beyonce hate? I don't see the connection. Are Janet fans just looking for a rival? I always thought her rival was Madonna. You guys have lowered the bar. No knock on Beyonce. Well maybe sounds corny but I was (JUST) a little bit down today for money issues and this song came up on my Itunes player... and then everything changed. I have been listening to it since half an hour ago, 5, 6 times in a row, and I just loved it. I read the lyrics, and yes, I could relate to it. I even cried a little bit, in a very good way. I felt so... happy.Sounds corny? Yes maybe but again that's the power of music! Thank you Janet!

It's a shame she won those grammys and didn't earn not one of them, then had the audacity to get angry over not winning MTV Video of the year when she stole the choreography for single ladies from Bob Fosse.  What's even sader is Taylor Swifts cd was much more mature than beyawncys and she's way younger than beyawncy. I enjoyed Taylors cd.

@SuniDays87 - I agree, even if she had help in writing the music, the cd spoke volumes over beyawncy's, and I'm more likely to believe Taylor wrote her music than beyawncy, because she's been reported to have not writing any songs on any of her cd's. Janet has written some deep songs of her ownand I love Janets classiness, style and maturity. She has taken her life as it should've been, one decade at a time & not relying on fads to sell her music.

Im a huge Janet fan so Im well aware this song is over 3 years old. I didnt say it was a memorial. Janet mentioned in Vibe magazine that she recorded this when Michael was on trial dealing with that whole ugly mess. I'm very displeased when people say Janet is "just like her brother" and is "every bit of her brother". Janet is so unique... there's a great deal about her style and message that differentiates her from her brother.
