  • Awful!

  • nxa ukhuluma uyakhuluma let it go lady i do not know what you are saying therefore no meaning thina singamaXhosa siyazi ingoma le stick to your taal

  • why do people make it a point to mess up our language? This lady should contact me for some lessons. She might do it better. :) Good try though

  • Hi buhle78

So, can you help me with the pronuntiation???

    thanks!!!!! a lot!!!!

    :)

  • E vabbè, sei Sudafricano, capisci che per uno stranieronon è facile pronunciare il Q, X, C.

  • Beautiful..good job

  • Hmmm...a click song without any clicks...just like nike without air = possible, but...it sucks. lol

She tried to do it...(I don't know if that was a good idea...)

  • LMAO!! I agree

  • nkonkowanee hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahaha Mhaneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

    Huuuuuuuuuuuuu hahane or malume

  • I commend her for trying this song, realizing how difficult it is for other people not from our land to pronounce some of our words in IsiXhosa. Hope she finds someone who speaks isiXhosa, siNdebele or isiZulu to help her out with the clicks and then properly redo it. The song has no meaning without the proper pronunciation of the clicks. Its painful to listen to. Good try though, and beautiful voice too. I give her credit for trying.

  • @toobit7

Everywhere i look, i see kindness in African people. You have proven this again today. Even though she pronounced isiZulu wrong, you looked past that. Miriam Makeba, your voice and music will forever live on! even in the white people hahahahah

  • I love this arrangement of the song, but I find it difficult to enjoy as a whole due to the mispronunciation of nearly every word. She does, however, have a good voice.

  • it,s sweet, nice try!!

  • Great voice but she cannot pronounce the Xhosa words that are crucial to the music... so it's really awful

  • im not gonna lie i read your post before i saw the video... and i was thinking damn you prolly right, but after the video i started to notice they were using a instrument to mimick the clicking for her which was smart on her part.... all in all she has a beautiful voice.. compared to many proffessional attempts she did pretty good even with xhosa.

Awful i think is a lil unfair.

  • she is good

  • excelente voz,excelente interpretación.

Y ademas tienes muy buena energia, y eres la mas linda de la debora.

  • estas como rica, eres muy buena..., persona

  • Maria Angelica Makeba.... que hago?????????? FELICITACIONES!!!!!!!!!!! 10000000000000000 øø VECES!!

QUE DIOS TE GUARDE POR SIEMPRE!!!!!!!
