  • He's stunning.

  • Our fresian Drew (looks just like this but with more muscle tone), sired 6 beautiful foals including 2 colts this season. We're so proud of him. Fresians are just a charm to own.

  • Creekside Lancer is stunning! How tall did he end up getting? How tall were his sire and dam?

    Thanks. :)

  • I really enjoyed watching your vid, i have wanted a fresian for a long time and 1 day i hope to get one.

  • I own a Stallion hes 17 hands, Friesian breed as well and purebred. I cant ask for anything more hes 4 years old and my best pal.

  • @Agelesslegend23 OMG Im so jelous I dont own a purebred 17 hand Freisain only a Friesian cross filly but I LOVE her

  • he's beautiful.

    I've always wanted a friesian

  • Ya know whats funny about Friezers...They are sooo expensive and rare here in the states, but talk to anyone in Holland and they are a dime a dozen...like quarter horses or arabs here. Don't get me wrong, a super nice one is till gonna cost ya at least 20K no matter where you live, but gosh they're worth it...some day I'll be lucky enough to call one of these beauties my own. :-)

  • Lol even in Holland they're kinda expensive if you want a pure bred. :3

  • i love friesians, they are PERFECT! Amazing horses, so bad for the price, they are expensive

  • they are the most stunning horses, i wish i had one, bcoz im looking for a horse who i can love and it love me back

  • then a friesian is absolutely right for you, they are very lovey!!!

  • do u have one? because i REALLY wish I did! I have to ride 1 first tho lol

and see a real on in real life not a 3/4 friesian!!!

  • Yes, i have a beautiful little mare, her name is fayble, i'm gonna post it soon, so u can see her, she 's a little cutie. Friesians are very sensitive Horses, they need that ONE Person, they can relate to. Also very easy to train, if you're gentle enough. Alltogether just wonderful Horses, believe me , they are pretty expensive though, when you get them with papers!! Fayble cost me half my arm, hihi.....but she's worth every single penny!!!!Hope you get one yourself you never ever regret it!!

  • Really?

    That is PERFECT 4 me!!!

I want one that has all that minus the papers and fancy stuff!!!!

  • he is absolutely beautiful!!! i have an arab but i LOVE friesians!!! they are amasing animals!!!

  • I have friends with a few horses out of Laes. Laes produced horses with amazing movement. :]

  • My 4 year old Friesian/Thoroughbred is sired by Voltaire. I enjoyed finally seeing him him in motion, I've only ever seen photos of him. Thanks!! I can see where my girl gets her movement, especially the kicking :-) It's a shame he was gelded, he fathered some gorgeous babies, I have seen a number and they are all amazing. Nice to see he found a loving home.

  • OMG!!!!! Holy crap! He's da bom! I want him! JK JK, but i do wish i had a friesian

  • He is stunning! I love Friesians! I swear I've seen him somewhere though... Does he have a stud add in Horse Illustrated or H&R?

    Man he's awesome :)

  • Such a GAWJUS fresian sry I dont no how to spell it.

But WIsh I had one of these

  • He is so beautiful. I have a filly out of Laes and I hope she can move like Volataire when she's older! :>

  • Hi!

What's your opinion on owning Friesians? Are they worth the money? How are they for riding? Are they stubborn?

Sorry..that's a lot of questions but it would be GREAT if you could answer them.

    Thanks!

BEAUTIFUL horse by the way. Hes STUNNING!

  • Thank you for the complement. Voltaire has been wonderful. They are truly a breed that loves their person. He was worth every penny. He can be stubborn at times, you just have to have patience and a firm loving hand. He is also the youtube video "Friesian Stallion".

  • do you ride him?

  • I own a friesian mare, and she's just so lovey, very sensitive and also easy to train with alot of patience you can get their trust , and from then on its just a wonderful experience to deal with these horses. They are pretty expensive though(with full papers at least), mine cost me quite a bit (Middle class car!!!!)but hey, shes worth every single penny, believe me!!!

  • @theFoxCrit if you are asking about if they are worth the money, then you probably should get a dog or a cat lol

  • I LOVE Friesians!...ever since "LadyHawke"

...my second favorite breed after Arabs (I have one) Beautiful movement. Got goosebumps watching 1/2 Arab son...
