@Vitaminnn07 I thought this was fake as well, but look at the users other uploaded. I'm pretty sure this is legit, and yeah, it's probably the best ground footage of the ISS on YouTube.

It is faked because the ISS is not rotating that way.

It is not the ISS that is rotating, but the angle of view.
It is like a car that is passing you. At fist you see the front, than you look at the side and at last you see the back.
