when i look to one fighter punching or kicking by the movement of his hip and shoulder i can see if the strike was strong or just fast

i went to thailand 9 times and holand,etc

in mma the thing that should be consider point is something that causes damage to the oponent

and if you ask any other especialist he will agree with me

Mashida made some strikes but with no power

Shogun landed less, but mutch more powerfull strikes,only someone ho dont understand Stryking tecnique dont understand this...

So this is MMA and its full Contact rules and wins who make more damage
