Something's wrong with your computer, my card is an 8800 GT 512 and its average fps doubles yours on 1280x1024 and 1024x768, average 68.8, maximum 70.7, minimum 34.0.. considering how insanely more powerful an 8800 ultra is, that can't be right at all. Try setting the priority for RelicCOH.exe to above normal so nothing takes cpu usage, cpu usage can easily > any good graphics card.
