I saw Little Julian Herrera at the Gigi Hall in Lincoln Heights about 1965. a very cool gig. Back in the day there was a lot of good local talent.

I just learned that he was actually Hungarian. Adopted by a chicano family from Boyle Heights. Hes got the Chicano heart though.
