I think that's what FLHTP07 was getting to. The thing is that while liberals here are basically the same as liberals in GB in that they are socialists, conservatives in this country are defined by their adherence to our unique Constitution, and the ideals of limited government, a strong military and the Judeo-Christian ethic of our founding fathers.
