In the holy quran, Allah speaks of people like you. You may believe in actions and purity, however all the good deeds you will have done in your life time will turn into dust on the day of resurrection.

Good deeds without Worship is like a cornfield with corn. And your belief that worship isn't necessary and that all that you have to do is have a pure soul and do good deeds......that is the cold freezing wind that will kill your corn.

To have a pure soul , you have to constantly repent and pray. Your belief that you dont have to pray and you can have a pure soul doesn't' make sense. Especially since everyday you commit tons of sins. Which means, your soul is never or will never be pure. The closest us muslims get to purity is praying 5 times a day plus optional prayers.

A hadeeth from prophet muhammad (pbuh) tells us that praying 5 times a day is like having a lake outside your house and bathing in it 5 times a day. By the end of the day, would you be dirty?The same goes for prayer, every time we purify ourselves and then pray, we clean ourselves of the minor sins we do through out the day.

Oh well, good luck with your belief sarah.A little word of advice, before you start to think what god is thinking, come to the conclusion that you aren't god.
