I dont think you realize how bad this is actually getting. It is the first time diesel owners that can now afford them because they are cheap is whats the problem. They think they are badass and have the most powerful truck ever because you can blow smoke into grandmas car. Smoke without power is like carrying around an unloaded gun... no point to it at all. If you wanted to act like you have a lot of power without doing actual work then, go back to your rice can civics.
id like to let them be, but if it is what kills the hobby that a lot of us people live for, then im sure there will be plenty of us that will be very upset, and everyone will know who to blame

The only reason why dpf's and all the emissions crap is being put on is because of up tight liberals that only think pollution is occuring because they can actually see the soot that diesels produce. As more and more morons do this kind of stuff in public it will only put more constraint on the sport of diesel bombing, and you wont be able to get products like you used too. Everyone will be affected. You seem like you have some invincible sheild to protect you or something.

I bought my first diesel about a year ago i do think its bad ass, and thinks its the greatest truck ever. but i also know that the smoke thing is a waste of fuel and a few weeks ago this car was on my ass so i gave him what he deserved... i lugged it doing 40 in 5th gear, well it was a cop, i explained to him that he should not have been riding my ass and it was either smoke or speed he was nice about it but wrote me a warning for the excessive smoke.
@MMAdeofstone I can completely understand that. Im not completely against smoke, Its part of the sport for cryin out loud.. but there is a time and a place for it. Lugging it down everywhere and laying the hammer down at every light is what pisses people off. I agree when a car or truck rides my ass, they get a nice cloud to let them know that they are a little too close for comfort.
It looks to me like that truck is tuned like shit. Congrats.
