How about charging the insurance companies with some crime and giving them the corporate death penalty? I'm sure you could go into patient records and find someone who was wronged pretty easily. Do this for all the major insurance companies then declare the industry corrupt and take it over until things can be sorted out.

The insurance industry is a legalized ponzi scheme, its no wonder the government wants in on the action.

Monopolies are the greatest reason for excessive prices. Only a sucker would believe that "we the tax-payer" should pay for the development of a government program to "compete" with the finacial / insurance monopolies "we the tax-payer" just bailed out. The tax-payer is funding both "sides" of the "competition". Reduce prices, eliminate the middle man, eliminate the insurance monopolies.

How to get healthcare reform: Bring 100 of your sick friends, just make sure they are sick and without health insurance. Have them block the entrances of the big insurance companies. They will get arrested. Then they will receive free medical care while incarcerated. They will ... refuse to be released, if released they will head right back to get arrested again until they are healed. Fifty cities do this for one week and healthcare reform will be initiated immediately.

Moyers sounds like Glenn Beck. But Beck has been warning people about the obama deseption all this time. Moyers says at the end "none dare call it treason..." but this is the title of a 1964 book that exposed socialist and left-wing infiltration of the US govt during the cold war, as well as the undermining of the Constitutional limitations on govt power via the Warren court.

I'm sure Moyers did not intend this reference. It is ironic since Moyers is on the left, fiscally, and would have welcomes US moves towards the left.

Most of the Representatives and Senators in DC are criminals who use corporate money to campaign for our votes and then do whatever their corporate masters tell them to do.

Campaign finance reform is the only way to make the government work for We, the People. Demand it now!

Your first paragraph is spot-on.

But the solution is not to restrict our ability to give money to politicians. Corps will always find ways to do this under the table. The solution is to limit the power of congress.

Power corrupts. Money flows to politicians only because politicians have the power to grant special favors. Remove the power, and the contribs dry up.

Leave the power, and the money will find a way to get to the politicians.

Just follow the limits of the Constitution.
