  • I got you point, good question The answer is here: increase the amount of protein that you are ingesting, combine them with high quality carbs (rice, potato), this way you will increase the ketogenic effect of your diet , stick to your training (combine weight lifting training with cardio within the same training routine) and in time you will see the results. ANd don't forget to drink plenty of water.
