This is one of my biggest arguements in court at the moment with my Daughter and her Father having access. There has been proof time and time again that he puts her in the front seat (she is 3 and small for her age) and Child Services and the court still allow full unsupervised contact. It's pathetic. I completely agree with you. I even gave him a seat for her. I don't understand why people don't use them...

I completley agree. I saw a baby one time ( mabye..9-10 months old) sitting in the front seat ( no car seat) I almost wanted to pull them over!)lol! It also bugs me when parents let 10-11 year olds sit in the front seat! When, actually some 10 year olds arnt even 4'9 and need booster seats!!

I know this is random, but speaking of children safety, my friends 2 year old son fell from their 2nd story window. . . he's ok, lived ..got out with only a few bruises.. police thought it was amazing. But- just thought I'd share.. ppl should lock windows too ;)

The most dangerous thing kids do is ride in a car & they do it every day. Good for you for speaking for the kids.

You sound like me! My husband's family thinks I'm some sort of nut because my kids will be in car seats as long as they will fit!

Kudos to you! Children rely on their parents to keep them safe and it drives me insane to see kids not in carseats/boosters.

I couldn't agree more. Its sickening to see kids not properly restrained. Don't those parents realize the risk they're taking?! I have seen a bumper sticker that says "Car seats are cheaper than coffins" and I want one!

Couldn't agree more. It's common sense. Put your under 4'9" child in a booster. It's not hard, people!
