You probably already know, but learn to do rolls with your pinky and ring finger on the stick. Sticking your fingers out makes it easier, but its much cleaner and looks better when you keep em held in. Nice job otherwise!

when it asks for what input to use for a track you have options that look like "presonus bla bla bla 1" and there are 10 of those i think? (only 8 xlr tracks though). garageband recognizes the interface and all the tracks in it to answer your question

nice kit and sound man, be ever thankful that you have such gear at such a young age, i am probably ten years older than you and still have crappy gear : ) anyways the kit sounds great and you seem to be heading in a good direction. I would suggest you get weckl videos and practice the whipping motion to get some more whack out of your accents. Also those toms would feel great with a bit more room to resonate, maybe loosening a bit the resonant heads? anyways keep the great work!

nice, like the rudiments here and there, and the double bass fills (altough its fairly simple once u get the hold of it) and also bro when you do double strokes don't stick your pinky out, a good way to strengthen your wrist and sharpen technique is start doing doubles at a really slow speed, wrist only, then try and start using ur index and ur middle finger a bit and u should have that sweet rebound without any finger issues or wrist jerking, hope it helps somehow and i love your set :D

yea that's the main fulcrum points, its good to chop out with 8's and 16th's only grabin the stick like that, it gives your wrist a hella work out and your fulcrum/grip alot of endurance (if you play for extended periods of time and stuff at a moderate-high speed you notice your grip starts loosening faster and your thumb muscles hurt,thats because of a weak fulcrum point),but for doubles ive seen its general consensus to use middle and index

in my opinion i don't think "you suck and can't groove for shit" is constructive criticism. high hat licks: ok valid straight 8th notes isn't very hard. listen to "beat it." he's in the pocket the whole song and he's not doing any 5 stroke rolls or "high hat licks." how about this, once i get my computer fixed ill put a vid up of me drumming to "open your heart" by madonna which is very fun to drum to and is all high hat.
