Also, they generally write the songs they sing themselves, so if you have trouble hearing the difference between the voices you can usually tell them apart from the lyrics.

So I love Trio, I have all of their albums etc...but this is the first time I have ever listened to them talk. I noticed that Dan who I feel is the most "badass" has a lisp, Matt (who I have heard talk before being front man etc.) talks like he is stoned and or sick, and Derek who is my favorite drummer (I am a drummer) is very charismatic when he talks and I thought that was strange because I pictured him to be very quiet

haha...Sorry I didn't notice his lisp. I guess I focus too much on the music to notice that kind of shit. But to be honest shit like that pisses me off, how you have to know everything about them to be a "true fan" I appreciate the music, not their blood type! Since I'm a drummer, I focus on learning that and how cues bring you in etc.

Matt and Derek have memberships for the Church of Satan (so that's LaVey Satanism). But Matt has actually admitted he is an Atheist, but loves the fact that he can take out the card and watch people squirm. Part of his reasoning is that he thinks the idea of organised religion is stupid... too right. LaVey Satanism is a little less of a religion and more a philosophy based on individualism anyway.
