I have a tribal dragon tattoo on my foot & omg it hurt like hell!!! It was well worth it though .. I love it ... Might get my other foot done ... Although I'm not looking forward to that pain again ;-)
The guy probably took his time because he could. Speed is not alway the issue in tattooen. Good qualilty work, so take ur time if your a tattooest. The better the art work, the more the customers. Also cause she's hot, I would take my time.
