I grew up to this music as a kid in the 80's was craving to listen to newer music only to see that my mother was right that most of the 90's music was sampling and the 80's and 90's rock was originally performed by blues musicians. This young woman sang so much better the Diana Ross, yes she (Diana) had a good voice but there was a (whining sound to it) I did not understand why she was so famous! I am not putting her down but brenda was great yes I think underrated! I love this song my older sister use to play it but we still could not get the r&b stations so I did listen too some of the finest rock and pop songs of the 60"s I did not get to listen to r&b until I was in my teens !

Oh my Gawd. Brenda was the bomb for sure. I ALWAYS felt like she should have been given the attention that was given to Tammi Terrell. This girl has a soulfulness to her voice that was not rivaled by ANY femail vocalist at Motown. It was totally not fair!

Her version of Whose Loving You, that was eventual cut by a baby Michael Jackson is a great demonstration of her range. Loved her and didn't hear enough from her for sure!

Such a beautiful lady & so talented. This is one of the best songs released by Motown.Brenda was not given a fair shot like some of the favored female acts i.e. The Supremes.
