how come every time I go there all I see are a few eastbound coal trains that sit on the mainline for an hour. Were they doing a crew change like this one?
Changing crews is usually quick. I think sometimes trains sit over the weekend to deliver to customers Monday, etc... Somebody will correct me if this is wrong, I'm sure haha
