hehe, you all missed the shortcut, at the start when you jump of the moving things, when you get to the ladder at the end, if you plunger up the wall theres a secret passage, in which you get items and skip alot of the course

This game was a classic, yea that sun moon star thing was a pant shittig mooment when the ceiling starts coming down on you , and took me quite a while to get the riddle lol.
There's a short cut for the first part right after you enter the pyramid...and when I was young, I played the Japanese version (I can't read any of the words) so I never used the scroll nor figured out what it was for! I dash really fast and climb the wall then dash really fast again to get the septer...I remember screwing up soooooo many times until I got it - I felt the grace of heaven immediately afterward.
the fire is easy to dodge theres some kind of graphics error if you run in front of it it will never catch up to you hope it helps you during gameplay :P
Little easter egg too: when you get to the very end of the bottom floor, instead of heading left and dealing with all the fire guys, you can actually just plunger up the right wall into the secret room where the all the food is. :]
lol you went the long, hard way at 1:29 you could of just plunger-climbed the wall up instead of going to the left. XD And yeah you can avoid the lava. Still you did great!

Just thought I'd point out a few things I played while playing the game
1. That big ol ghost, if you stay down when he looks at you, he won't break up and just continues standing there
2. the turtles, if I remember correctly, get out of their shell when you turn your back to them
3. you can outrun the fire in this level is you hold a to sprint, sliding won't work here.

I always found this game rather easy.
Fantasia is harder.

The part where you slide and there are no spikes above you, start jumping and using the plungers to climb the wall.

To evade the fire: Press A to dash, hold it and you walk faster. Fire can't reach you.
