Ninten was about 13 in 1988/1989, Ness was about 13 in 1995. Thus, Ninten couldn't be Ness' Farther as Ness would have been born in 1982 when Ninten was 6/7.

Why does everyone care about Ness And Lucas? I mean, Nintens game was awesome! You can just imagine it.... First, people don't make Earthbound Zero Animations as much as Earthbound and Mother 3, Second, This shows that Ninten isnt popular (because people don't make enough animations) (yes, i know its hard to make animations), and Third, It's the first Mother Game! If it wasn't for Ninten, Mother wouldn't exist!!!

Playing through Mother 1 now. I wanted to play it before finally starting on Mother 3. (beat EarthBound years ago lol) Nice to see we get some Mother 1 nostalgia in Mother 3.
Mother 1 and Mother 3 were released so late for their console's lives, that to be translated and tweaked and released half a year later in America and everywhere else in the world, nobody would buy the game because they would have moved on to a new console.
look at Halo, Call of Duty (More like sucky), and even the Mario & Sonic (Not the olympic ones) games, nowadays, no nostalgia factor at all, except for what i think one of the few good parts of CoD, the Dead Ops, and that's not Nintendo, which i think is the best company ever.

Call me Crazy but,when i got to this part of the game it felt like if someone said
"Hey!, Remember when you beat MOTHER 1!" and start getting flashbacks of the
first game, when i meet Loyd in the Trash can, when i get Ana's Hat and
Defeat Giygas.but finally i get to the end of the long hallway and stop for a moment and smile.......

Ninten was about 13 in 1988/1989, Ness was about 13 in 1995. Thus, Ninten couldn't be Ness' Farther as Ness would have been born in 1982 when Ninten was 6/7.

@SilthCo More I think about the time between 1 and 2, I always end up cocluding that Ninten and Ness are actually the same kid. Same goes for Ana and Paula, and Loid and Jeff. Just makes sense for me.

Why does everyone care about Ness And Lucas? I mean, Nintens game was awesome! You can just imagine it.... First, people don't make Earthbound Zero Animations as much as Earthbound and Mother 3, Second, This shows that Ninten isnt popular (because people don't make enough animations) (yes, i know its hard to make animations), and Third, It's the first Mother Game! If it wasn't for Ninten, Mother wouldn't exist!!!

@BrawlFanMario the reason is because that its hard to draw a picture of Ninten after all look at his sprite sheet for Mother, it doesn't give you a lot to draw on.

i agree but
people didnt even know ninten exsited until 20-ish years after Mother 1 was realeased.
Ness was reconized imediatly (yay for fail grammar) and Lucas was recongized soon after M3 was realeased

Hey, has anyone noticed this game is kind of like Fahrenheit 451 in the style of the Mother series?
The themes are very similar in the discussion of how modern society can alienate people, an obsession with comfort and convenience at the cost of compassion, and the latent hatred the blissful have against the enlightened. The thunder tower was only to remove people who made the blissful masses uncomfortable with complicated thought.
heck, they both have a similar "consider the lilies" Aesop.

Um... If this is supposed to be Porky's memory, how come it's MOTHER music? I know it's probably just Nintendo going "yeah, let's give 'em some good old retro music" but this HAS NO CONNECTION to Porky, so how could he know about it? Maybe he travelled to more than two eras? Mother 1 and Mother 3 were released so late for their console's lives, that to be translated and tweaked and released half a year later in America and everywhere else in the world, nobody would buy the game because they would have moved on to a new console.

look at Halo, Call of Duty (More like sucky), and even the Mario & Sonic (Not the olympic ones) games, nowadays, no nostalgia factor at all, except for what i think one of the few good parts of CoD, the Dead Ops, and that's not Nintendo, which i think is the best company ever.
Super Mario Bros., Megaman, The Legend of Zelda, MOTHER, Nintendo, you will and ALWAYS be the GREATEST games ever created... And always will be. 10 years old and i get Nostlagia from these. Nintendo, keep PK Rockin!
