I really hate to start an argument but The Presidents are my favorite band. Unlike many, I won't go taking some of your favorite music as an example of poor taste or something like that. However, I will say that not all bands are likable immediately. The Presidents weren't my #1 band for about four months after I first found out about them and I'm sure you can say something similar about bands you like, Unless you are just there to listen to whatever is the coolest thing at the time.
