Well, people do have their own opinions. But most likely, they've read their favorite gaming sites' review of the game that says it's not good. I myself, thought the game sucks until I watched several footage of the game. True, it's not that good but it definitely doesn't suck either. Besides, the standards for gaming review is pretty high and that can either be a good or bad thing for us gamers. :)

I think it's best if you don't go solely on the reviewers perspective. Like with Deadspace, it got some bad reviews but there's tons of people out there including myself who thought it was a really good game.

Velvet Assassin is a breath of fresh air cause there's not many stealth games out there anymore.

Very well said and I also like it because it has collectibles you have to find and it's just SINGLE player which is cool because all the achievements are single player. I despise games that have live achievements because most games that have them are not really popular like timeshift and prey
