not just Tylenol pm you can also use Tylenol sleep aid or any other generic branded sleep aid that's in pill form. basically its just a different way to use heroin which is slightly less dangerous then smoking it and quite a bit less dangerous then actually shooting it up. its also very hard on your nose it burns like a mother fucker.
