*sigh* If you watch the video again you will see that I obviously did not try to achieve a life-like portrait. Instead my goal was her to be instantly recognizable while using a very simplistic and pop-art"esque" art style. Are you using layers? If so, take advantage of that. Add more tones to her skin and hair. And use a more realistic yellow. No hair is that bright. When using the color wheel, make your blondes closer to the golden/orange yellow as opposed to smack-dab in the middle between orange and green. I noticed you did the same thing with the NCS drawing. Careful with that. It takes away from the wonderful skills you have.
