Det här är min favoritlåt of all times. Mamma spelade den jättemycket när jag var liten och den här verkligen växt fast i mig. Helt underbar. Älskar Bo Kaspers.
My mum played this song for me when i was little. And now that I grew older i still love it! It's so amazing and catchy, could really listen to it all the time. I think it's good when your sad and when your happy :-)
Here is the whole lyric in English. Everything may not be grammatically correct, because I used Google Translate. We are a night with a minute of silence A Turkish film with a happy ending We are a boat that will not cross One spot on your neck I've never kissed You and I Are we a different kind? Are we an exception? You and I? You and I? We're a virus in a statistics A sensation without an audience
We are a train without any rails. That, kind of goes here and there. You and I Are we a different kind? Are we an exception? You and I? You and I? You and I? Do not be suspicious Because we can something that no one can Sometimes you can reach all the way All the way All the way You and I Are we a different kind? Are we an exception? You and I? You and I? You and I? You and I Are we a different kind? Are we an exception? You and I? You and I? You and I?
I was in Sweden back in 1999 (I'm an American) and I fell in love with this song and bought the CD. I was, and still am, mesmerized by Bo Kasper's Orkester. I still have no idea what the words mean, but the music speaks to me nonetheless.
This is Bo Kasper's master piece. Me as a latino loves to listen to this wonderful, lovely song of theirs. I would really like to see them exploring more of the latino rythms. They are such great musicians, I am sure they would lift the latino music to a new level in Scandinavia.
@nec644 Hi, I am a nicaraguan and I think that Latinoamerica is a body with some common origen and history. That is why I call it latino music. I do respect and love the cuban influence in the latino music. I think music is one of those factors in the world which would unite us. The afrocuban music is just that AFRO & CUBAN.What is cuban? The first cubans had a pre-columbian culture which was erased by europoeans. Afrocuban music is a humankind treasure and we enjoy it & love it! Thanks CUBA!
@nec644 My God, can't we just enjoy and enbrace culture no matter where it comes from!!!
What is the point of trying to prove that this or that nation is "the real one" and the rest is crap. If you are cuban and you are proud of your culture then be proud of it. But music is created for human kind.Suddenly Hitler's way of thinking should be correct about racial purification and the germans' superiority. Football was created in one country but almost all the world love it! So was Salsa!
@danceacademyse easy to say if you dont have anyone claiming your "folkmusic" theirs. its fine spreading the love, just dont claim its yours when someone gave it to you..

We are a night with a silent minute
a turkish movie with a happy ending

Brilliant song, but the video looks like a collection of vacation photos rather than a music video.

@danceacademyse You as a latino... this is a cuban rhythm. If you are chilean or peruvian it doesnt have anything to do with you.

@nec644 Since this is a cuban rhytm... then it should be only for cubans?

Undantag! Bo Kaspers lyrics and melodies are so smooth and mellow, yet melancholic. Made for fall mood and longing...
