Black men not under the control of the criminal justice system might feel entitled to act how they want since they see black women as having limited options.

I think the other side of this conversation is the male perspective. Black men especially young black men use the approach that works. Unlike men, some black women are stimulated by overly aggressive approaches. @iiiAMUSEMENT2009 Forget those type of men; not all blk men act that way. Nevertheless, in the last decade it seemed like they are all like that which is VERY sad. U need to date other races, you will be surprise how other races threat you beautiful queens. On another note, I will have to disagree wihen u said blks brought drugs into their neighborhood that is a fallacy, it was actually the Gov that did that in the 70's.

@MrTony1540 Blk women being 'queens' was my personal option about blk women. If you dont agree, then we can agree to disagree. I see them, at least the blk women that I associate with are beautiful, educated, supportive, God fearing and successful queens.

@MrTony1540 Also, I can only speak from my experiences and from my experience the blk women and blk men I associate with r educated and successful. I try not to get caught up with stero-types or what the media tries to portray about a certain group of people. I am in constant contact with blks from all over the world,(due to my job), & it's sad tto see he way the US portray blks in a negative light, it's all propaganda ; some of the most intelligent people I have dealt with r of the blk race

@HeartlessOctober Just because a behavior works on some black females does not give any man the right to exercise that behavior on every black female he comes in contact with. Some black men are spoiled and so when this dis-respectful dialogue does not magically work on every black female, those females are many times subjected to abuse language like "fuck you bitch you ain't that cute anyway." my niece was slapped in the face by black guy when she politely refused to give him her phone number.

@whatsnewbettyboo 1of2 Peace. Absolutely, no one has a right to disrespect anyone on account of a perceived stereotype. Some women take men being indirect or soft-spoken as weak, so men are extra careful to not be associated with any possible frailty. If an adult male does not have a solid definition of masculinity, which can only be taught by another man, then his idea of manliness is distorted. If the majority of men are raised by single mothers, then who is teaching them masculinity?

@HeartlessOctober I agree it is a problem and I am sure it is also frustrating for black men who do try to do the right things. It feels like a no win situation. I have two brothers who are good guys raised by mother to respect women , but in the dating world, they get frustrated with women who want the "Bad Boy" or the "Thug" and for the life of me I cannot figure out why. Then these same women will COMPLAIN when these men use and abuse them. GO FIGURE! But not all of us are this way.
