  • I love how the bp agent thinks he has "RIGHTS".

Only citizens have rights as spelled out in the bill of rights and the constitution. There is no such animal as rights for the gov or agents of the gov ( other than as individual citizens ). I defy anyone to show me a passage that grants rights to the gov. The gov exercises powers and authority within the restraint of the constitution, the bill of rights and the law.

  • Wow! Amazing video!

  • EXCELLENT VIDEO....this American citizen put that public servant in his place. How dare that moron question this motorist in that matter, he is lucky mob justice wasn't carried out on him immediately for inconveniencing this man. The New World Order faces free men here and we will not tolerate your tyranny any longer Demons !

  • A recent government report concluded that INTERNAL border patrol checkpoints are ineffective. Checkpoints at the border ALWAYS work better. Here is my summary of that recent report.

    CONTINUED...

  • CONTINUED...

“The federal role is to detect and apprehend 30% of major illegal activity [at the border].”

    --Richard Stana, GAO

  • @jamesjohnson19701970 Maybe they should go to the border and do this instead of interfering with domestic traffic.

  • CONTINUED...

A recent government report entitled Border Patrol seems to suggest that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is not as intent on securing our borders because of other priorities.

  • CONTINUED...

The Government Accountability Office states that the goal of DHS is to apprehend just 30% of illegal aliens at the border. The report states, “…the DHS Annual Performance Report for fiscal years 2008-2010 sets a goal for detecting and apprehending about 30 percent of major illegal activity at ports of entry in 2009, indicating that 70 percent of criminals and contraband may pass through the ports and continue on interstates and major roads to the interior of the United States.”

  • CONTINUED...

GAO spokesman Richard Stana states that this is necessary so as not to interfere with commerce and traffic. He states in a GAO presentation, “The federal role is to detect and apprehend 30% of major illegal activity [at the border].”

  • CONTINUED...

This 30% DHS goal is announced in the context of an increasing number of border patrol agents: “As of June 2009, the Border Patrol had 19,354 agents nationwide, an increase of 57 percent since September 2006. Of these agents, about 88 percent (17,011) were located in the nine Border Patrol sectors along the southwest border. About 4 percent of the Border Patrol’s agents in these sectors were assigned to [internal-nonborder] traffic checkpoints, according to the Border Patrol.”

  • CONTINUED...

The GAO report discusses the plans of DHS to create a permanent, internal-nonborder checkpoint in the Tucson Arizona sector, but the Border Patrol’s own statistics show that internal-nonborder checkpoints are ineffective compared to actual border checkpoints.

  • CONTINUED...

There were 704,000 interdictions at actual border crossings in 2008; however, there were only 17,000 interdictions at internal-nonborder checkpoints. This 17,000 figure represents 2.4% of interdictions, but it took 4% of agents to accomplish this goal.

  • CONTINUED...

The figures for the Tucson Arizona sector are more dismal than national figures. Actual border interdictions numbered 320,000, but internal-nonborder checkpoint interdictions numbered 1,800. This means the number of interdictions per agent at the actual border was 116, but the number of interdictions per agent at internal-nonborder checkpoints was only 8.

  • CONTINUED...

The problem is further compounded because Border Patrol statistics are glaringly inaccurate: “Our analysis showed that the actual checkpoint performance results were incorrectly reported for two of the three measures in fiscal year 2007 and for one measure in fiscal year 2008. As a result, the Border Patrol incorrectly reported that it met its checkpoint performance targets for these two measures.”

  • CONTINUED...

The DHS proposal for a permanent, internal-nonborder checkpoint would seem to defy common sense. Illegal aliens and smugglers simply circumvent permanent checkpoints by taking another route. No criminal is going to “check-in” at a post that is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

  • CONTINUED...

Citizens have expressed concern regarding this illegal alien circumvention because “…checkpoint operations cause illegal aliens and smugglers to attempt to circumvent the checkpoint—resulting in adverse impacts to nearby residents and communities, such as private property damage, theft, and littering. These concerns were cited most often by ranchers and residents in areas around checkpoints.”

  • CONTINUED...

Border Patrol agents at the actual border also have much more authority than Border Patrol agents at internal-nonborder checkpoints: “Border Patrol agents at [actual border] checkpoints have legal authority that agents do not have when patrolling areas away from the border.”

  • CONTINUED...

The permanent, internal-nonborder checkpoint proposed for the Tucson AZ sector has an estimated price tag of 25-40 million dollars. This is hardly money well spent, considering Border Patrol’s own statistics suggesting internal checkpoints do not work.

  • CONTINUED....

This all leads back to the statement made by government spokesman Richard Stana, which is “The federal role is to detect and apprehend 30% of major illegal activity [at the border].” It seems that number could be greatly increased if Border Patrol agents were not wasted at internal checkpoints that don’t work. The Border Patrol needs to get back to the no nonsense patrolling of our borders.

    GAO REPORT

    Report number 09-824, August 2009

  • Forward!

  • I'm proud to know there are still real Americans like the driver.

  • thanks for the video dance :)

  • They have a valid reason to run your name/background. You're just being a defiant prick to the United States Border Patrol. Too bad it's not like Nazi Germany when they got shit done, a luger to your temple...

  • @z3rok0ol21 spoken like a true genius.

  • @dommafia Thankyou, they see that the amendment basically states, "No unreasonable searches or seizures." But what they fail to realize is that it's saying UN-reasonable, which in cases like this, 'searches' (running your name) are not unreasonable. I just wish our checkpoints were authorized to be as bravado as Nazi Germany's were.

  • America - land of the free ?

  • where is the NAZI all i saw was a cop and a prick

  • @g46Io Thats funny there is neither in this video.

  • @g46Io What you saw was a cop BEING a p#*+k! If this guy broke the law or was breaking the law;....he would have been ARRESTED!!! The guy drove away because the cop was WRONG!! The goon in the uniform had no choice but to let him go;.....because that's the LAW!!! The constitution either is or it isn't. It either exists or the govt. has done away with it. How would you prefer that it be?? We have our constitution or we don't?

  • @g46Io Steve Andersons application for a career in Border Patrol got denied, thats why he is a dick to them.

  • Well done! You were assertive and professional without being hostile or belligerent. I'm sorry you had to go through that but I applaud you for having the calm to remember to record the event. Thank you.

  • @tubbs328 What part of the 4th amendment re you not understanding? I have read the authority that BP has and violating the 4th amendment is not one of them.

  • @tubbs328 I don't get it. I'll bitch about people trying to exercise their rights but will then complain about how government has taken them away. What's the point besides being a douchebag complaining about this guy if he needs to know case law and essentially goto law school? The bill of rights is fairly simple and straightforward and there's no reason for it to be otherwise. You should complain about the loss of rights and the various local and federal governments taking them away.

  • @tubbs328 Since when is it mandatory to recite case law while exercising your rights? I hate when law-lickers think that the unalienable rights were jotted down on paper for the sole purpose of super literate lawyers and the like. Look up the term declaration and why it was used in the title. Bah!

  • Bad people can be the sweetest person to your face but when you run their checks, their rap sheet is 30 pages long. We don't want to profile, therefore, just cuz you speak "perfect English" does not mean anything. I'm only saying this because I remember you said something about speaking English in the video. That video is from the checkpoint that I work, and let me tell you it's not easy, especially when people like you come and give us your "I know my rights" BS.

  • @dianochka83 So go work somewhere else all your doing to making our country into a police state. 20 million illegals have entered, the 911 terrorist were invited and trained here, and the drug industry is the most lucrative and violent for the same reason alcohol was during prohibition. Nothing your doing here has done anything bu made things worse. So go patrol the border or just go away. CPs only escalate the violence and mistrust of government.

  • @dianochka83 Why dont you go the border with this shit and leave the citizens of this country alone.

  • Oh so is it an Immigration Check point or a general crime/warrant record check point? I'm confused now? I understand your job is not easy but you chose that line of work didn't you? I would imagine most of these "Know my right" people don't have any warrants or drugs cause they know they are being dicks and you are certainly going to try and catch them. Movie Quote: "Just cause you call it your job doesn't make it right boss".... Cool Hand Luke

  • @dianochka83 It would be even better if people were more aware of what rights they had. You might not like this type information or even partial information many people show. This shows that people abuse the power given to them especially when the general public has a spotty knowledge of what their rights are. I think this attitude by dianochka here proves we should make this mandatory classroom education until we're all well versed in our rights.

  • @dianochka83 Fucking fascist, how about you get a real job that actually contributes and quit wasting our money.

  • @dianochka83 So you consider "I know my rights" to be "BS(bullshit)? It's bullshit for an American to know what their rights are...dude you're penurious of our basic rights and I'm sure right now you are wondering what penurious means and if that's the case you are not equipped to comment on on peoples rights...stay with your police state, they'll explain for you.

  • @dianochka83 Yes, relinquish all your rights. Fear the police. Amazing to live in a world where police think people knowing their rights is bullshit. Law enforcement is not your place. Go sell used cars.

  • more info about the driver in hopes to catching the bad people. I'm not saying that you are a bad person but we don't know how a bad person looks like. Bad person can be anybody, even a 70 year old grandmother who smuggles cocaine through the checkpoint, it's happened. All I'm saying is be cooperative and you can be on your way. Give us the same respect that we show you. If there was no police then this place would be more insane, we are just trying to protect people, would like your support

  • @dianochka83 So lets tell people what they should or shouldn't do with their own bodies. Like the government knows whats best. How any hundreds of thousands of Americans have died in wars that the government dragged us into with lies and fraud? But cocaine is bad so I need to be protected from it? Please give us a break, if you made it legal the price would drop, you could buy in stores and no one would kill over it and other countries report an 80 drop in use when its legalized.

  • @dianochka83 What you are talking about is called a crime control checkpoint and is illegal in the US.

  • @DanceRooster WTF is a crime control checkpoint? I guess it is what it says... amazing - never heard of these (I'm in Canada). They don't exist in Canada - but I fear some idiot politician or idiot cop will suggest it before too long.

  • @campjer They don't call them that, they hide them under the ruse of "DUI checkpoint" and "Immigration checkpoints", but really they are just excuses for them to check your papers and seize your property.

  • @DanceRooster 2 it amazes me how the sheeple will just blindly follow orders and voluntarily give up their rights to nazis. those who give up their liberties for freedom, deserve neither.

  • @dianochka83 And a "bad" person can also be a BP agent paid to let coyotes through or cops helping drug smugglers.

  • @dianochka83 I really hope that you are not actually an officer.

  • @dianochka83 Does the end justify the means? A checkpoint stops 78 people. 3 are bad guys (for what ever reason) This means that 75 people had their constitutional rights violated. What is wrong with this picture. Saying "if there were no police" is merely saying "if you want police you have to give up your rights." That is not America. We either have our constitution and live by it, or burn it and come up with new rules to live by. Which would you prefer??

  • On September 10th I was attending college and getting my degree in criminal justice hoping to become a cop one day. I believe that I protect the US everyday when I put on that uniform and go to work. I come across scumbags who kill and rape people. When you come across scums like that then talk to me. I just believe there are better things to do out there than give law enforcement a hard time when we are frying our ass off in the summer working the checkpoint. We ask those questions to get

  • @dianochka83 Standing up the cop the government and its agents and employes is not only our right. Its our duty and obligation to question you and everything you do.If we didnt could you imagine the scumbags and corrupt asshole that would be hiding behind the badge? And no you dont police yourselves, anyone that believes that would put inmates in charge of the prisons.

  • @dianochka83 stop reciting the tyrannical bullshit they keep brainwashing you with. we have rights for a reason and all you cops do is try and circumvent them. Judging and punishing man is noones business but the creators. I have seen what the policies you so willfully enforce do to the rest of the world and I can assure you the horrors I have seen as a result of it are no match to the pettiness you are faced with. go create something instead of destroying society and peoples lives

  • @dianochka83 thank you I also love when people get mad there is so many illegals here so when we try and do something about then it why are you asking me i am an american guess what people the are white people illegal her too.

  • I hate people like you who tape the brave men and women who put their lives on the line in law enforcement like myself. You claim that we are Nazi but when shit goes down and US needs backup due to terrorism or for other situtations, people tend to appreciate us more. Oh, how soon do we forget. As a woman in law enforcement who does not have backup like other departments, let me tell you it's tough to work on the Southwest border, I do it everyday. So, appreciate us and move on.

  • @dianochka83 So you think this is protecting you? Its not, you need to learn the difference between being guarded and being protected.

  • @dianochka83 Where were you Sept 10th? Oh yea stopping and harassing citizens. Shall I go into all of the aspects on how this police state action makes thing worse and solves noting. Ever hear of prohibition? The biggest threat to this nation comes for those of you hiding behind the guise "we are protecting you." Thanks but no thanks ill protect myself.

  • @dianochka83 Oh,please. Get over yourself and your sense of martyrdom for the public.

No one makes you do that job so if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.

  • why did you cut off the film? what happened after

  • @em2skunk2 Ummm, try listening. They finally said "have a good day sir". The driver said "see you later" and continued on his way. What is the big mystery?

  • dude you rock -big balls brother -

  • @DanceRooster

    You are awesome

  • At 0:39 what does he answer? Does he say the US Code 9837? Can't hear that.

  • lol, you're lucky man. if you fit their "profile" of someone who might smoke weed or something, they will immediately say you need to be searched. if you don't they break open and pull you out of the car. They did it to us, just for asking "why" when he said to open the trunk. Unlike you, I was complying with the citizenship check (I answered yes), answered where I was goingthen next thing "can we look in the trunk?" "why" then "you're being combative!" I even had my window down and everything!

  • Ya forgot to mention they said "the dog 'indicated' on my car. I didn't have any drugs nor had I been using them so their shouldn't have been an "indication" from the dog. The canines are bullshit just a loophole they use to break open your car if you say "no" to a search. And then they use the dog as a scapegoat when nothing comes up. Pathetic.

  • @AmericanCitizen99 You need to sue them

  • @DanceRooster I asked a few lawyers nobody wants to touch it without money upfront & I'm broke. I wouldnt mind.

  • @AmericanCitizen99 that sounds like the "POWER" still leading the way. You want answers....pay up. That's who runs shit. The ones with the power you can't possess

  • "He who sacrifices freedom for security deserves neither." Ben Franklin

  • They can not detain you or search your vehicle with out probable cause, there was no probable cause here, and you are right, you don't have to show your ID b/c you haven't been stopped for a traffic violation or for criminal activity, as the man did, he may proceed without having to do anything, like many police officers, these jackwagons try tricking ppl to see if they know teir rights, citizens 1 , Gov. 0 .

  • I commend your courage!

  • "NAZI" checkpoint; a little over dramatic comparing the United States Border Patrol to the NAZIs of the 1930s and 1940s. In fact, your comparsion is sickening. I am sure Brian Terry's family in Detroit or Robert Rosas' 4 and 2 year old children in Campo, California would love to hear about how you consider what their loved ones did to be like what the NAZIs did and that you stood up to their NAZI comrades after Agent Terry and Agent Rosas were killed in uniform.

  • This is inside the US not at a border. The people in the video have to deal with this between home and work and are fed up with it. The BP is looking for a specific nationality of people. They are conducting warrant less searches. They are asking for papers. They are demanding proof of citizenship. They are restricting free movement inside our country. They are extracting, assaulting, shooting, and tasering legal US citizens, that have broken no laws, Looks pretty Nazi to me!

  • @DanceRooster U.S. v. Martinez-Fuerte, 428 U.S. 543 ruled that these checkpoints WERE CONSISTITUTIONAL. & yes these checkpoints can be as far away as 100 miles from the international border because believe it or not there are not B. P. Agents standing hand-in-hand along all 7,494 (+/-) miles of land border; illegal aliens and contraband do get smuggled across. Those people and contraband need to be moved further into the U.S. so people like you can fry your brian cells; hence checkpoints...

  • @DanceRooster Also, you claim that these "NAZIS" are shooting U.S. Citizens that have broken no laws.... PROVE IT. I want case law proof. Otherwise, you are just the Joseph Goebbel of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda for the ACLU.

  • @JoseJosesayzFU Would you like the list of 300+ rulings the supreme court has made in the last 250 years that have been declared unconstitutional? Like slavery, and putting Japanese Americans in camps or the genocide of the American Indians? If you think this is protecting you you are a bigger fool then even i have made you out to be.

  • @DanceRooster I asked you to please provide the criminal case or court record or any REALIBLE evidence where a United States Border Patrol Agent has shot a U.S. citizen that had broken no laws.

  • @DanceRooster. Thank you for providing those links in a private message. None of which were about the B.P. shooting U.S. citizens who had broken no laws. The links you provided showed misconduct (or having too much fun with dope smugglers. Making the dope smugglers eat the dope and burn their shoes brought a smile to my face.) among the ranks of a 22,000 person law enforncement organization. You'll find similar complaints among other large forces like the N.Y.P.D. or L.A.P.D.

  • @JoseJosesayzFU True, but we still have the right to decline questions AND doing so cannot be used against you.

This Agent clearly says that not answering the questions means they have the right (he means power) to detain you further and move you to "secondary".

Later he says it again. "If you're not going to answer the question I have the right to inspect you."

    This is clearly nonsense.

You do agree we still have the right to remain silent, don't you?

  • @DanceRooster relax francis. It's not that bad... jesus christ (if there is one). Nazi? I didn't see any dead Jews laying around. It's not quite that dramatic. I see you have a lot of views and opinions. Unlike Rush's fat ass talk'n bullshit all the time, maybe your in a better postion to make changes and actually for run for something instead of a youtube spokesman.

  • @JoseJosesayzFU You're the blind one. You're just saying that just because we haven't crashed yet, that it's not happening. Other people can already see the car swirving and headed right for the brick wall but you just think that because we haven't hit the wall YET, that's it's not the same. People like DanceRooster and myself are making people aware of this BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE....unfortunately, it probably already is...

  • And then you pull into secondary. LOL

  • You are soo dump

  • @Mrluma11 You are soo dump?

  • Good job. Love it.

  • @EntomologyPurdue Ron Paul

  • You missed the point, you are handing over your rights to people that are your adversaries, not your advocates. They are not charged with protecting your rights, only you can do that! This was not at the border, it was a suspension less stop. Law enforcements main job is to protect the government from us. This is interfering with free travel inside this country and is a loss of your liberties and you should be outraged that this is happening while 20m Mexicans have crossed.

  • @EntomologyPurdue Do you not understand that you have the right to be secure in your person, papers, and property? Why are you so ready to just give that to the first fascist that comes along?

  • @EntomologyPurdue Your drivers license is papers. And if you want to give up your rights, go ahead. Its your loss. The prisons are full pf people that are to ignorant to stand up for themselves.

  • @EntomologyPurdue Well hes not a kid and what do you call someone that is running a checkpoint inside the US checking your papers? A Nazi, thats what and they are pulling people out of their cars beating and shooting them.

  • You are a boss for this. This gives me hope to stand up to cops. But in a SMART way just like this

  • LOL..U.S.Citizen..Now all you have to do is prove your Birth certificate is you..Good luck proving that one.

  • you the man lol, you need to make more of these..

  • every day on the i-15 between escondido and temecula ca. they hold up traffic and blast you with their x-ray vans. they're not fighting terrorists they're scouring for bureaucratic hold and revenue. the U.S. isnt the home of the free anymore. america is a very specific brand of slavery. the free market is an illusion. it's all rigged

  • @jackslater230011 Legal, like making blacks ride in the back of a bus, slavery, throwing blacks off to make room for whites, arresting people for drinking from the wrong water fountain? Since when has the government ever cared if something was legal or not? Have you not ever heard of the 4th amendment or when the supreme court state, above all other rights the right to remain unharassed by the government is the most important? Or do you just hate liberty and the bill of rights?

  • @kozzmo49 Dude, almost all of his uploads are of him runnin' his suck to law enforcement because he feels that they have no right to do their jobs. This guy has no life at all.

  • @jackslater230011 Explain how this is his job and provide the legal data to back up your claim.

  • WOW!

  • awesome.

  • Good job. That cop sure liked to talk about all his rights.. but wasn't so happy to see you knew what your rights were.

They blatantly send you to "secondary" for exercising your right to not answer questions. That's clearly unconstitutional.

How many people just pull over because they don't know their rights I wonder?

  • See ya later. Right on...

  • Good job!!

  • happy to see this

  • your a faggot dude. Id shoot you in the head if I was them you liberal piece of shit. They are within law with the checkpoint, do your research. Not to mention they have 100 air miles to patrol and question people. Your 4th amendment means nothing withing 100 air miles.

  • @kozzmo49 Your 4th amendment means nothing withing 100 air miles? Thats not what the BP agent in the video says. Where are you getting this? Please list the law by statue number that supports your ridiculous claim.

  • I LOVE U. So proud of you.

  • I'd like to see a mexican or black guy do this.

  • Bastards should be shot...without question, without hesitation....and without....mercy.

  • It's the border patrol ... just answer the fucking questions instead of being a total A-hole!

  • @Coolrockndad You're an absolute fucking sellout, a disgrace to your nation, and a disgrace to your race. You should go back to cummunist russia where you belong.

  • @smilingscottsman My goodness did you get that from your King James Bible? Fuck you cunt!

  • @Coolrockndad No its common sense. And watch your language. You will not get a second warning.

  • @DanceRooster Hummm, you sound like a border agent now.

  • @Coolrockndad Your the one that gave up your rights, so no free speech.

  • @DanceRooster I'm not following. What right have I given up?

  • @Coolrockndad By answering the questions you are giving up your constitutional rights to privacy and to exist unharassed by the government. By answering you are entering into a contract that gives the government dangerous powers over you. Its like giving them permission to search, then they claim to have found something (they may have planted) you cannot take back your permission. Its the same as pleading guilty to a crime before the fact then waiting for them to invent a crime to go with it.

  • @DanceRooster I can only say that's there's a fine line between protection and personal privacy at our national borders.

  • @Coolrockndad But this is not at the border, its inside our country.

  • @smilingscottsman FUCK YOU FAGGOT! Your a traitor and disgrace to yours! It is written in law that they can have these checkpoints, they are committing no crime other than catching those who commit crimes! What is wrong with that!? Answer the fucking question and move on with your day. Not to mention, they have authority within 100 air miles of the border. Your 4th amendment means shit here! If you dont like it move to the interior of the country you fucking liberal hippies!

  • @kozzmo49 Faggot? Is that what you call Patriots these days? If you promote these facist, criminal acts by the government then why don't you run your little ass right on over to Iran so you can have the time of your life gunning down innocent civilians with the RG. They'd LOVE to have an "AMEDIKAHN" on their side. Just think, you might even get to meet Obuma and Heir Clinton in the long run. Perhaps it's better that you read the Constitution first though. Might save your family a lot of greif...

  • @kozzmo49 One more thing I forgot to mention son: If you don't like me now then I promise you, when I get finished with producing my vid on the whole issue of killing cops and the "Great Act of Valor" it is then you'll like me a WHOLE lot less... Hoo-MF-RAH!!!

  • @kozzmo49 Your 4th amendment means shit here? What shot hole are you living in? Where does it say in the constitution that your rights dont exist 100 miles from the border? Can the cops search all the homes in El Passo without a warrant in your world? You need to think before you post, you really look foolish.

  • @DanceRooster

They should, especially on the southern border. I would say 95% of those who live right on the border, and I mean within 3-5 miles of the border, are dirty pieces of shit. They should not let ANYONE live within 5 miles of the southern border. Get those shitbag TONKS and WHITE TRASH off the border!

  • @kozzmo49 So we should take citizens rights and their property? Just close the ranchers and farmers access to the Reo Grand and take their homes? You sound like a bigger Nazi then our Government. Oh and that would be 5 miles of Southern California including San Diego & Imperial two of the most economically important areas in the US. Good thinking white trash.

  • @DanceRooster '

WHITE TRASH??? lol Good one buddy, nice try. Who is the stupid one? I want to rid the border from shitbag mexicans and white trash. Deal with it or leave.

  • @kozzmo49 I am dealing with it, I stopping the real threat to our country, our government and idiots that think that ts not. Sounds like your the type to cut a run.

  • @DanceRooster

    To cut a run? HUH?

I am the type to respect that they are there to get criminals, dope and illegals off the street. For me to stop once a day, and say yes I am a citizen.... thats not too much for me to do. You liberals just need something to constantly bitch about.

  • @kozzmo49 To get criminals, dope and illegals off the street? Sorry but that is called a crime control checkpoint and its illegal in the US. This is also on I10 which does not cross or go near the border. And Im as far away from being a liberal as you can get. You need to learn the difference between being protected and being guarded. This serves no purpose but to condition you to give up your rights, and its worked in your case.

  • @DanceRooster Their checkpoints are within proximity of the border, aka within 100 miles. Therefore they are checking for drugs and people smuggled through the border. When they come across criminals, warrants etc that is under their scope and they cant let it go since it is in their presence. It is all legal and allowed by law, so get over it because youll never win. I WISH THEY HAD MORE OF THEM!

  • @kozzmo49 Are you under the impression that this is protecting you? There are 20m illegals in the US, the 911 terrorist were invited here by our government & the war on drugs gives our govern confiscatory power & makes them $ billions in forfeitures. Our borders are not controlled & while this guy is harassing people inside the US Mexicans are crossing into the country. Even the BP admit these checkpoint use up resources and are ineffective. they are an illusion of protection, & you bought it

  • @DanceRooster I agree with you about the checkpoint resources. When they first opened in my area there was at least 3 agents on primary, and about 4 or 5 driving around looking for walk-around traffic. If you have enough people to work the point it is a great idea in my opinion. If you dont have enough ppl, then it is useless in a way. You cannot control the border, not with all of the different types of terrain. It is impossible. Unless you shoot anyone attempting to cross.

  • @Coolrockndad They are not on a border.....They are set up inside the US. "ive me liberty or give me death" Dont sell your rights for protection, especially when its not even protection.

  • @topso1271 I saw the statement "How to deal with the Border Patrol as they violate the 4ht amendment" assumming it was not a state border but a national border. I withdraw my original statement then.

  • @Coolrockndad Only an Ahole would fall for this protection crap.

  • @DanceRooster There's a fine line between protection and safty. I assumed it was a national border and not a state border you were at. A national border does need control but state is alot different. I retract my original statement.

  • @Coolrockndad This was not at or near a border, its happening inside the US.

  • @DanceRooster I then stand with you.

  • @Coolrockndad It's not even a state border. They can have a border patrol checkpoint anywhere within 100 miles of the US border. Some people have to drive through these checkpoints twice a day (just to go to work).

  • @donovan93123 Which is just like Nazi Germany pre WWII

  • @DanceRooster I will not make that connection =P

but I do agree that these checkpoints are unconstitutional and are a hassel for US citizens.

I do not believe that US citizens should lose rights in order to catch illegals or terrorists. It undermines the purpose of catching the illegals and stopping the terrorists.

I was informing Coolrock that these checkpoints are not JUST on State borders. They can be put ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE (=O lol) within 100 miles of US border.

  • @Coolrockndad Right, because everyone that says that they are a United States citizen is in fact a United States citizen...keep living in la la land BAAAA.

  • @Coolrockndad Thats what the Germans said to the Jews, exactly!

  • @DanceRooster Come on are you kidding me with that comprison?

  • @Coolrockndad Do I sound like im kidding? This is how the Nazis started out, and the Jews we all to ready to cooperate with the loss of their rights to keep the peace.

  • @DanceRooster We are far from being a Nazi style goverment but I'm glad you're keeping an eye out for all of us. : )
