Hello everyone! I'm 16 Years old and every day I come home from school at 2 PM, and when I get home I eat a good meal, including : Meat and vegetables such as ; beans, peas, etc..
Now my question is: How long should I wait so I digest the food and avoiding Stomach ache?
@ohwhatamasterpiece Keep working, but you'll need a good diet and more than just one exercise. Do ab workouts that make it hurt the next day and do em every day for a few months. Good luck to you though.

This is the only exercise i failed to do in the 8 min abs workout,although i do the seven exercises everyday taking a break between 24-36 hours,is it okay to do this frequently?
@munkfunk123 by back exercises you mean you want me to do pull ups wide? i do that everyday as well with 6-8 reps and 1-2 sets,and mate what did this man say between 7 seconds and 9 seconds?

@Eivyses Had a similar problem 1st times doing it. That means you're doing it wrong. Don't touch ground with your shoulders. Only half of ur back has to contact with ground, no more, it'll help you keep the balance trough entire exercise. How to figure out where's the half of back? Just lay on the ground and try to do half crosshand crunch/push through/unreaching crunch exercise with arm's position like in this and then put ur legs from the ground. This is the starting postion. Hope it'll help.
I started doing this by my self, and it seems much easier then any other type of ab -related work outs... I cant do more then 30 sit ups, my feet keeps slipping etc.. this is so nice,"flowy" and good for ya!
i was like why can't i do this when i was doing the ab workout vid but when i tried this again the next day it was pretty easy . The ab workout wears you down for this one X_X
@MrPooface11 because you have to hold the upper part of your trunk off of the ground during this exercise. notice how high is shoulders and upper back are off the ground in the starting position
@cptBlowhardsTithole maybe u got problems with your butt .. but u could try to do a few of the exercises until ur buthole gets used to it:) and when it does it will work .. by the way i have a weak back .. so i couldnt train so much at start but i used exercises (slowly) to make it better and now it doesn't hurt at all :) thx for ur time:)

@personses that's why it's more effective that way. When your muscles are tired and you push them more, you build more muscle. A 2 minute rest won't make your muscles burn half as much and you won't work your muscles the same way you could.

try the 8 min work out and it really helps out i allready got a 2 pac and going for the for right now i and weighing at 186 pounds so try it to loose w8 i have been doing it for 3 months already
actually workout would be the perfect time when youre around 16 this is becuz your body is going to grow to the max. so there should not be any disturbution.

@StandByYourManatee no way ... running swimming spinning etc etc does diet does also but if you wanna get "Macho" or "Pumped" dont go on a diet it makes ur body shrink and that would be awfull if u got the muscles ;) by the way, have you seen all the macho types/pumped guys/girls which got soo many muscles viewable .. you got the same muscles u just need to burn your fat away (i prefer running) and then if u're just a little trained you can see a six pack ;:) the more trained the more pumped GL
@StandByYourManatee but before you do any cardio you have to do workouts like these to burn off sugar, then by cardio you'll burn off fat, eat healthy, that s how u lose weight
@TriBuckz not necessarily eat less...just eat less energy (E.G. there's less energy in a plate of vegetables than a plate of candy). cutting down on the amount you eat isn't a good idea though...unless you're eating enough to feed a family a day
@StandByYourManatee your not trying to lose fat when you watch this your probably trying for a six pack and fact once you stop cardio the burning stop the muscle do not form lol
does this ab workout routine really work kinda seems reasonable that u have to do all these ab exercises to burn the fat surrounding the abdominal region but idk

u should be taking 2 minute breaks not 30 secs otherwise u have much higher risks of tearing muscles

i find once you lose weight and get muscle in lower back this becomes quite easy and enables you to target all of your abs excluding the obliques

he he or it said, it an advanced exersice. you need a well trained lower back to do this as well.
i think an important point is to find the right position to balance the body.
