Isn't that a O/2 sencor that cuases that you should get a cheap testor for the computer to find out what is up.

if it's a neon, the easiest way to fix it is to take it to a parts yard and sell it. Get a few hundred bucks and save busting your knuckles on a car that was never good to begin with
