Who cares if you do not need to be 100% european to have blue eyes, white skin and blond hair. In fact majority of white americans are mixed with black or native american put appear to be 100% white what does that tell you about looks and appearances? You never can tell what someone is mixed with. I have known people who are 1/2, 1/4,1/6,1/8 mixed with black but they do not look black no one ever believes those people.

I never knew Berbers were all white. I know that Riffians and Kabyles are white for the most part but other tribes such as Tuaregs, the Atlas Imazigh are pretty dark. In today's world one cannot generalise how Berbers looks like because Berbers range from white, blond and blue-eyed to Arab/Habesha looking to pitch black negro. From your video, I must admit those are really beautiful women, I believe that you have only shown Riffi and Kabyle Berber and not so much the other Berber clans.
