You need something like 10-20 shadow scales to get the pick. right now, these can only be obtained through the eater of worlds. (I usualy get around 60)

You can summon the eater of worlds either by breaking some shadow orbs or by mixing the evil bunny vile powder (30 powder) and some rotten chunks (I think 6, dont take my word for it)

HEY SLY I was playing earlier and I killed Skeletron and found a Muramasa and it reminded me to get the hardest weapon EVAR and since in order to complete your quest you will need this you need a: Demonic Alter, Fiery Greatsword, Muramasa, Grass Blade, and a Lights Bane.Love to see you get ALL THAT for one weapon.
