Although the german campaing seems to be cool, since as far as I play I am going on a mission with Steiner to assasinate Hitler, since he started to get loony - that mission is bugged, at least i am 70% sure, after getting access codes to a room that you are supposed to get into (explosives; for assasination obviously), the game won't push the sript. Anyone help? Please. ;_;
@AlexThePrivate There may not have been time to leave the USSR to last as due to Stalins parinoia he trusted not and no one and orded a build up for a plan to invade Germany ( at least that is one source others say he belived hitler was really his ally)
But the plan to invaded Russia was set for March but due to the Italian failure in the Balklands and N.Africa Hitler had to postpone his attack to seccure the balklands and push crush the Comanwelth counter-offensive ...

At that time even if the allies didn't bombed the germans they would have lost, it was already too late so chances were small. Altough the Germans would have won the war if Hitler ordered the pursue of the retreating british soldiers at Dunquerque. Instead of sending troops to Russia he should have sent them to Africa to Rommel overwhelming the British and therefore accomplish the objective which was to cut off the oil to the English. With the oil cut the British would have capitulated and USA wouldn't enter the war. At the battle of Britain instead of bombing cities they should have bombed their airfields, which would have achieved the air supremacy and therefore opening the road to the invasion of UK. There were some mistakes that Germans have done, and if these mistakes wouldn't existed you probably were speaking German now xD
@HackMastery007 the problem is the programers, that make the game slow (not only the battle selecion, but the game dinamics[also, i think that russians advancing into germans tanks with molotovs still a great battle, but never was see that on a game]) the blitz in africa by africacorps(duh) is cool too, they just taken in weeks the regions that allies as taken months to do an occupation. Ewrin Romel also was a great general ( he deal too much with him advances in front [he fighted in fronts])
Germany has been villianized so much with all the propaganda in WW2 documentaries it is sickening ,Hitler at least had the willpower to do something for his country and showed the power an individual has over his situation _very smart man
@jimmyxx3 Yes KMS.Graff Spree but it was never decommissioned it was completed 1938 and modifications went on untill 1941 but it spend it days going up and around the Denmark straight going from port to port in Germany.

@nyipnyop Actually they had two or three, one being built from a cancalled Hipper Class Heavy Cruiser, and the Graf Zepplin, the Hipper would be considered a farely small CV if it was completed, it had 5 insted of 6 main dual anti ship/anti air turrents of the same kind being built for the Graf Zepplin, in a way it was just a smaller version of it.

They were bombing cities just to kill civilians. RfB is good game, but not that good like Panzers. Well, from Stormregion's games my fav is Codename Panzers Phase Two then Phase One next one is Rush for Berlin and on the last place is shitty Panzers Cold War. This game is interesting but not great. First of all the German has never successfully build aircraft carriers(although plan to) and the Me262 is impossible to used in it as it required a long runway.
Yeah. That cutscene is pretty funny. First he survives Stauffenbergs bomb and begins laughing and yells that he's invincible. A second later, the second bomb you placed in the mission blows up the entire bunker complex directly below him.
Cut to a scene of Stalin listening to a BBC report about it and toasting to the guys that did it.
Not exactly. You play a second group that is laying charges in the bunker below the barracks. The cutscene is worth gold. Hitler, visibly singed, runs out of the exploded barracks, yells that he's invincible and the very next moment the bunker below him explodes and kills him.
The end of the german campaign is that the germans manage to regain air superiority over their own country due to getting the Me-262 right and developing surface-to-air missiles and manage to fight the soviets and allies to a standstill, so WWII ends with a peace contract that returns the borders in europe to what they were in 1936.

The game is about what would HAPPEN if Hitler was removed from power. Though the weapons shown were based on seceret projects the Germans have been working but never completed due to Hitler's idotic rulings.
PS. It's AMERICAN. "yank" is more of a WWII or Cold War era insult to Americans. So if you want to insult Americans, please use modern insults and not make yourself look like a complete dumbass on the web

@jimmyxx3 Well that was it KMS.Graff Zeppelin ( Not spree mistake on my part) launched 1938 and sunk as a target ship 1947.
Although the Germans did come up with the idear of an Aircraft Carrier Submarine in 1916W but they did not have the tech or recorses then.
Britian had simpler projects but had no luck
Germany came back to the project in 1939 but it was put on the back burner...

(SPOILERS)yea all of it is fiction, in the german campaingn you kill hitler and save germany for destruction. The Allied ending is pretty funny :)

This game is interesting but not great. First of all the German has never successfully build aircraft carriers(although plan to) and the Me262 is impossible to used in it as it required a long runway.

Yeah. That cutscene is pretty funny. First he survives Stauffenbergs bomb and begins laughing and yells that he's invincible. A second later, the second bomb you placed in the mission blows up the entire bunker complex directly below him.
Cut to a scene of Stalin listening to a BBC report about it and toasting to the guys that did it.

Not exactly. You play a second group that is laying charges in the bunker below the barracks. The cutscene is worth gold. Hitler, visibly singed, runs out of the exploded barracks, yells that he's invincible and the very next moment the bunker below him explodes and kills him.

The end of the german campaign is that the germans manage to regain air superiority over their own country due to getting the Me-262 right and developing surface-to-air missiles and manage to fight the soviets and allies to a standstill, so WWII ends with a peace contract that returns the borders in europe to what they were in 1936.

The game is about what would HAPPEN if Hitler was removed from power. Though the weapons shown were based on seceret projects the Germans have been working but never completed due to Hitler's idotic rulings.
PS. It's AMERICAN. "yank" is more of a WWII or Cold War era insult to Americans. So if you want to insult Americans, please use modern insults and not make yourself look like a complete dumbass on the web
