  • Will you please speak to where my concentration should be? Should one concentrate on the words themself, or the sensation at the third eye? I feel confused when it comes to where to place my focus. Thank you.

  • good vids suprised you don't have more views, actually you do, just not comments.

  • We aren't our feelings... I found this statement refreshing. It is amazing, how nothing is everything (yet neither fully exist).

  • good stuff.

  • About the regular breathing:

When you inhale, hold, exhale for the same amount of time...do you hold again the same time before inhaling again?

  • Thanks you for this video, I will definitely try it out, althought I do prefer pranayama when you breather to a slightly different count.

  • Have been practicing Kriya or 1 1/2 years. This has brought new meaning to my enlighment. I had forgotton about hong saw, but I will use it again to quiten my mind.

As we begin to be enlightened or remember, do you find sometime you get side tracked with the new abilities that come along. I do for a short time and then I remember the True Goal of Enlightment, to Remember Who I AM and merge into Source.

Thank you for allowing me to post my thoughts.

    Much Love,

    Betty

  • Hi Betty, Thanks for watching and I am glad that this video could help you to remember your real goal. Use Hong Sau whenever you can to recollect your awareness. Best wishes!

  • thank you! have been wanting practical assistance with my meditation practice. less identification with thoughts, emotions and body, is my intention-so this is great. i want to enjoy and appreciate certain aspects of myself, yes, but not be at the mercy of them. you're a good teacher (o:

  • a good breathing excersize is to breathe through one nostrol for 30 mins then the other for 30 mins. That build intuition. will chanting hongsaw help obe's

  • Hong Sau, pronounced with hong, rhyming with song and sau sounding like "saw", is not specifically for OBEs but it is for self-realization. Part of this is letting go of identification with the body, mind and emotions. These identifications keep us trapped within those spheres. Through the practice one can become eventually fully liberated from the body, and from there many things including OBEs and other more astounding things are possible. This will give you full volition of these abilities.
