LOOOL... Command and Conquer song.... What I see is a great video.... However, all I think of is "I will obey" or "this building is finished" or "ok, ok... I will work" :-))))
I have got a D5000 as well and recently just started shooting videos. Not very good but just trying it out. And i must say your video inspire me. :D ... 55-200mm lens is a great pick!!!
hi there! I'm new to NikonD5000 and i would like to know what movie settings had you used?? I'm aiming for the best quality (like yours).. but i'm confused when setting up the movie settings, PAL/NTSC / 1080i or 720p e.g ! I wished you can reply, thanks!
I just got a Nikon D5000 and was curious as to what lense you used to achieve the quality of the video you were taking. Also i know the D5000 does not have auto focus when shooting video, how did you achieve this manually?
I jus went to Morocco and I came back and I want to buy this camera cos i didnt have one in Morocco and I looked and found this camera and wanna get it!
A truly beautiful video! The moments were well shot, and quite moving at times. Did you use the kit lens? And was it all AF or manual focus as well? Great work!
That looked great. My compliments. Did the D5000 worked well after the the trip, with all the Maroccan dust and sand? Wich lens and editing program did you use for this film btw? Cheers
you did great! what software did you use?

@Gmruleme I used PAL and 720P mode. Nikon D5000 has not 1080P mode. And I used default settings. Thanks for watching!! :-D

i love this cinematic effect :
-is this what 24fps means? is it the same as 25fps?
and can this cinematic frame rate be achieved with any kind of lenses, or do i have to get a special lense?
thank you

Hi! Do you have to hold down the AE lock button as well when filming? I get the "wavy flicker" without holding it down. Great video, nice exposures!!
tomsommerseth 1 year ago
@tomsommerseth I think the wavy flicker not depends on the AE button locked or not. Regards!
