ever since that tool of a band director came in to replace Mr. S. the band has sounded like shit. This performance is a good example of that. It sounds like one giant fart.. Mr. DellaVecchia ran this band into the ground,

@piperpilot26 2011 Band has placed 2nd at Giants Stadium with Best Guard. The band is doing very well. when people resign and move on, it takes the band adapting to a new way of learning before things start looking good. Year after year, the marching band gets better and better. So how's about you take a look at them now. They may have gotten smaller, but they sound outstanding! Sincerely, DellaVecchia fan.

@livemylife15 The only reason they place in competitions is because there are few bands with in that class. Lyman Hall couldn't touch any of the surrounding class 4 or 5 bands. Cheshire, Southington, King Phillip. Lyman hall could'nt come close to these bands in terms of performance. These are just the facts, I have seen lyman hall play many times throughout the years, nothing has seemed to change. Good and bad teachers to do exist in the world. Maybe Mr D is cut out ot lead a marching band.

@piperpilot26 If you were there, and not being rude and obnoxious and having no confidence, it was out of 7 BANDS. Let me repeat. S-E-V-E-N! Siete! They knocked them out of the water! So THOSE my friend, ARE INDEED the FACTS! It takes adaptation before a band can succeed.
