Believe it or not, this is really how they work! The people in the video look just like this with or without cameras present. I would know, I've taken classes at Menlo, I've worked at Menlo, and I am currently in the process of hiring Menlo!

I just spent a day with Menlo learning about their philosophy and processes. Way cool company. Rich is really on to something. I wish them well.
