  • I thought locking the elbows at the top can irritate your elbows?

  • @NotSoLiberal even worse ,locking the elbows at the top releases the tension from the chest and the muscles only get stronger and bigger while they are being trained and kept tensed through-out the set .The locking gives the chest a pause (break) if you will ,and messes up the set :(
