BTW, VAT tax is not such a bad idea, as long as it replaces the payroll and other counter-productive taxes. Fair tax proposal is built around taxing consumption, which is similar to VAT.

Even Obama himself says the deficit spending can't continue indefinitely..his budget cuts way back on the big spending after 2 years. Savage doesn't mention those things. It hurts his case. Savage "spins" a bit. That's his gig.

btw... re: that guy who wanted to give charity to that jewish organization, and was told to wait until Monday... I happen to know that today and tomorrow is religious holdiay that they observe & they just won't drive or discuss business, not even for a million dollars, it's just the way they are.. they stay in synagogue, and with the family most of the day.
