@XxXAngelOfPainXxX if you believe only the airport staff have keys for these locks, I have a bridge to sell you. These locks are only a hairs breadth better than having no lock at all and provide a totally false sense of security for those who use them.
The locks are weak in the first place but the whole master key thing makes them a joke.
OH MY GOD!!!! You are my saviour! I manage to open my samsonite luggage that has the TSA002 lock. I lost the keys and my local samsonite check the the whole country and found no replacements. After a year of waiting and Ta DA! This is my first lock pick try-out. Thank you Dude!
I purchased a few of the TSA approved locks from usa and they are really good, since you know if someone has tampered or opened your luggage and it's good only airport staff in usa and uk have the special key to unlock them too, I purchased one with a longer chain shaped lock, but it's stuck n I can't get the combination right to unlock it again.
Actually, all you need to open TSA001 & TSA002 locks is a small paper-clip....
Open the paper-clip, on one end double about one-half inch, fold into an L-shape stick it into the lock, wiggle, pull & turn lightly. Took me no more then 5 seconds first attempt.
Yo, th55 nice vid. But when I posted my vid (over 3 months ago) with actually seven (7) different types of small luggage type locks, you said "everyone knows this" so what gives?
There are 2 types of TSA approved locks. One is "Safe Skies" which has a Statue of Liberty "torch" insignia, and "Travel Sentry" which has the "dimond" insignia, like in this vid. These locks have a number code on them, which tells the TSA agent what key/tool to use. The code for these locks is 001. Go to "Travelsentry . org" then click "here" at want to learn more.
This has been flagged as spam show
You can also set the code to 000 and then stick a toothpick or something like that up the keyhole, and then the lock will open ;)

Anyone can pick a three-lever lock in seconds. The TSA master-keying just makes it that much easier.

That wrench is a TORSION tool, not a TENSION tool. It twists, not stretches.

I waited a few weeks to release this video. As you can see I produced it right after I saw the Bourne Ultimatum.
