  • im not gona lie im impressed. not sure what my one rep max is but it definitely is no where near seven hundred pounds.

  • Nice man.

  • that is ...INSANE...i thought i heard you snap yo shit up at 0.07 :P...great work man

  • id love for all the haters to go squat 706 perfect form and put it as a video response

  • The first thing you learn about doing basic lifts is how to do them right. He went parallel and with 705 on his back he did go lower than parallel for a second which his body became aware of which mad him come up quickly. Which is the bounce most people saw but he wore no weight belt and no knee wraps....could your body stand 705 pounds on its back for 10 aching seconds.

  • Nice lift. I love it when a person lifts more than most and everyone else gets jealous and starts insulting the form. Bad form or not most of you haters still cant do it.

  • @petafagfighter everyone got different aims, some people just got different aims, his aim to squat the max kg as possible, for me its to be strong and big and i dont care about relief

  • shit dude. you just pushed the world down & left the bar where it was

  • 0:10 look like dislocate or break

  • lol how them knees feelin?

  • 700 lbs and no belt..thats swag

  • I thought I heard his knee snap when he got into the hole

  • @royapostle no

  • ATG!! monster !

  • Its amusing that some people think huge bodybuilder legs are required to lift heavy weights.

  • @mrericmandude yea ive been noticing that alot. people theres bodybuilding and theres weightlifting. two different things. simple way to look at it bodybuilding is contracting the muscles weightlfting is putting up weight.

  • OMG there are people saying here that he has chicken legs and makes use of the momentum... This is just hardcore brutal RAW power that has to be respected... And for all the people who think size matters, your wrong. Size doesn`t mean strenght and vice versa

  • There is some debate in the lifting world whether it is less risky to go parallel or to go beyond parallel. Either way this guy is a efn beast. No doubt in his mind he is going to get it and he does. No safety rack and no spotters just the lift. That was awesome. And great job on keeping the back as straight as you did.

  • how can you hate on this.....he went all the way down and all the way back up with 320kg......

  • holy fuck

  • that some boofer shit right there

  • MAN THAT IS SICK NICE JOB

  • Man, its always the top 30-40% of the lift that goes so slow and can be painful! I can't squat half this weight but I can identify with that part of the lift for sure.

  • pretty good for chicken legs i know your just gonna delete this comment immediately anyway cause it will hurt your feelings

  • @mrbong123 and the winner of biggest laugh of the day is...

  • @BROZKNOWS POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOF

  • @mrbong123 lol wtf, regardless of thickness in legs how are you gonna knock someone who squatted a shit load like that...

  • @mrbong123 You can't see his Quads which squats actually work on the legs, so bad judgement mate.

  • @mrbong123 Gaining strength doesnt always mean having hypertrophic muscle.

  • @mrbong123 ROFL HAHAHAHHAHAHAH stupidity is beyond me...

  • @mrbong123 if your judgement is based solely on the size of his calves dont be fooled, this man is 134kg according to the video description,so if you "cut" his body in half you'll have atleast 50kg of leg weight, and that's a lot of muscle in it

  • @mrbong123 And how much can your chicken legs squat? 225? 275?

  • @mrbong123 watch out guys we got a badass over here

  • @mrbong123 be gone troll

  • One of the few proper heavy squats on youtube!!

  • i hate to criticize and i may be wrong but, it seems like he used momentum to make it easier on the come up if you watch closely.

  • @EpedemicOptikz And your point is?

  • @EpedemicOptikz You're right.

  • @EpedemicOptikz be my guest and try it.

  • @BROZKNOWS I think ronnie coleman and jay cutler sqat in the 7 rep range. Ronnie coleman said he gets bigger legs with this

  • @Jimmyretired Living in Vegas, I trained in the same gym as Jay. I watched him squat tons of times, usually doing more than 7

  • @BROZKNOWS Thanks, what diet is this bodybuilder on? I remember Ronnie Coleman eating lots of egg whites

  • @Jimmyretired 4/10 for making me laugh

  • @EpedemicOptikz Pretty sure Olympic weightlifters train to use the SSC

  • @EpedemicOptikz with a 1 rep max like that the only purpose is to get the weight up, its not a workout

  • All the way down too, real nice job

  • I have a question...when your squatting ... do you really worry about how your toes are pointed because i'm squatting for football and my coaches keep telling me to keep them straight but when i do i have a tendency to fall forward allot and when i am doing alt of weight i cant help but point them out a little any tips.

  • @PCGAMERZUNITED that sucks man. sometimes coaches don't know exactly what they're talking about. I think you should point them however it feels most comfortable and most balanced for you.

  • @PCGAMERZUNITED Form doesn't have to be "perfect", just good enough. And if your more comfortable with your toes not completely parallel (like me), then go ahead. If I'm wrong about this someone tell me :)

  • damn good depth.

  • There is no such thing as too low of a squat. As long as you maintain your lumbar curve you are good I know many people who go lower than him, but none the less awesome squat and great depth i was expecting him to be one of the bitches who does not even break parallel

  • question i know you guys do olympic lifting is that the reason for the fast drops in your squats? i ask because im a powerlifter and if you bounce like that you have a good chance of gettign scratched i know they are 2 way different sports but is there any advantage to dropping so fast like that? i realise your going for a more explosive strength with your lifts than a controlled strength

  • that bends a lot! i always wondered if the bar would snap

  • lol at people who put negative comments on these vids... there us no way most of then could do that.

  • fuking beast big pat

  • No gloves, belt (apparently), knee wraps or neck padding. That's the way to do it.

  • very impressive and nice speed for this weight

  • my idea of a squat, 1.5 secconds down, ATG,1.735 secconds up.

  • @RacetSmith I can understand doing exercises with a certain tempo and all. But seriously who calculates tempo into the milliseconds o.o

  • For those talking about 90 degree crap.

Olympic squat = lower than 90 degree.

Power squat = 90 degree with wider stance.

If you want strength, do Olympic. If you want mass/looks, do power.

  • anyone knocking a truly raw 706 squat needs to leave the room, or log off youtube, or whatever. But seriously, please shut the fuck up.

  • mad respect..

  • ^_^

  • crazy strong

  • Fuck! You are an animal. Respect.

  • The search for "sir360's" comment begins.

  • @emilpenkov969

@BROZKNOWS hey in order to get stronger on squats i need to do 5x5 right with as much weight as i can?

    sir360 1 month ago 5

  • Epic. Impressive man!

  • He went down fast, wow

  • boss

  • FUCKING INCREDIBLE

  • HOW MUCH HE BENCH?

  • Oh my god.

  • this is POWER! respect.

  • 0:06 That Knee-click

    ouch

  • @Doncanutcho not a knee, its his mouth

  • this guy is the next hulk i swear, so god damn strong

  • @nutellaisgod Plz dont talk! when u get that mass on ur shoulders, then u can talk!

  • 0:09 : his arm moves hella fast.

  • @LordoftheLord1 lol that's so weird!

  • 0:06 dude was that ur knees?

  • lol this was pullshit he got way to far down you sould only get to a deG on 90*.....

  • @nutellaisgod nice english

  • @BROZKNOWS rofl "pullshit" haha

  • @nutellaisgod you're retarded. lmao

  • @nutellaisgod You literally have no idea what you are talking about, in an official olympic lift you have to break parallel which is 90 degrees. Which means you must go bellow the 90 degree parallel mark and you can go down as far as you want. Don't act like you know what your talking about when you have no clue.

  • @nutellaisgod

    dipshit detected

  • @nutellaisgod Studies have shown that going only to 90 degrees or parallel is actually worse for your knees because the tendons such as ACL and MCL are relaxed at this portion of the lift. They are taut during full extension (standing straight up) and full flexion (ATG); these are the areas where the knees are least likely to be injured. The chance of injury obviously follows a bell curve, with max injury being at 90.

If you don't believe bio, physics explains this too.

  • @nutellaisgod idiot, end of story

  • @nutellaisgod and that's why you probably squat like a pansy

  • @nutellaisgod No thats a proper squat none of this half ass bullshit

  • @nutellaisgod why on earth should he only get down to 90? all the way down makes you activate more muscle fibres witch makes it a better workout, it's also way harder going all the way down than only 90.

  • @nutellaisgod This was what you call a full squat...not that half assed shit you do pretty boy.

  • @nutellaisgod ahahahahhahaha lmao!

  • @nutellaisgod Wrong, as I have always been told when you want to squat go ass to grass. 90 degree would be called a box squat, hence the 90 degree ( box's have 90 degree corners, in case that went over your head )

  • @nutellaisgod Haha, first time I see someone blame someone for going too low on a squat... Great squat btw!

  • HOLY FREAKN SHEEIT MAN THATS HUGE !

  • impressive! nice squat bro!

  • Nice deep squat keep it up

  • is this a powerlifting bar or olympic bar?

  • Great squat, ATG well done. Keep it up.

  • Great lift. I've watched a lot of Pat's videos, super strong and always looks easy with great form.

  • this is completely real my friend looks just like this guy and squats about the same. there is a difference between strength trainers and guys who do it to look good.

  • what amazes me about this guy is how fast he does everything . kind of like shane hamman.

  • this is fake lol

  • Broze I need you master advice, I want to start squatting though I need some advice. Could you tell me what i should do as a beginner and how you started and how you came to be now? Would love the help, thankyou.

  • is that his knee cracking at 0:06

  • @nikolatesla08 That's the bar snapping back from bending under the weight of the bar. I've never lifted enough to make it snap.

  • I squated 5x5x140lbs today. I guess I have only 566lbs more to go.

    Impressive lift man.

  • idunno but i really do NOT see a point in being able to do this except maybe for ''hey i can squat 700'', like i mean daily use haha, id rather be able to lit like a 10th of that 50times than this once :P but still good for him

  • @lunaticz0r for future workouts when they ask you to do a certain amount of reps at a certain percentage of ur max. or just for shits and giggles you know?

  • @lunaticz0r Because they don't do 50 rep competitions of the Clean and Jerk. They do 1 rep competitions of the highest weight.

  • @lunaticz0r faggot

  • @lunaticz0r Squatting 70 lbs 50 times is not that impressive feat for someone who works out. His power could translate into many other athletic activities.

  • now thats how everyone needs to squat a2g

  • jumping jesus!

  • MAN YOU ARE CRAZY, why don't you have any safety's and or spotters. where you planning on putting the weight if you were to drop it?... Good job but shit 0_0

  • @BBurchall Not saying its good to never have a spotter but he seemed to have done this weight before and did it really well but you're right, 700 is serious weight and I would always caution a spotter before lift.

  • @PS360Million

If a guy fails an high bar squat the only choice is to dump it. If there's spotters, much of the time the only thing they can do is get crushed.

  • @BBurchall he will just let it go and let it drop to the floor...

  • he did that with ease? wtf

  • I heard a terrible snap crack sound when he hit the bottom. I was expecting to hear a scream. That is some damn impressive strength.

  • @roargathor

    That's his breath.

  • my knees hurt watching that...

  • i think we are going to need a bigger bar

  • yeah buuuudee, light weight, light weight OOOOOOOOOOH! nothing but a peanut............ sorry i just sorta thought that was appropriate

  • i never get the appeal, so you can lift heavy shit? I rather learn how to be a boxer or something at least you can apply it to self defense, or if shit goes down on the street. I like to see ronnie coleman in the ufc lol

  • @wushumon88 If you "rather" learn it, then fucking do it. Saying what you think is most valuble to you don't mean shit, ESPECIALLY if you don't even do it...

  • i can lift a whole bank

  • That's how a real man squats, outside of the rack, and deep as hell, nicely done

  • I think we all need to pause the video and watch the amount of weight thats on the bar and the amount of whip as well!

    Crazy!

  • I can not even squat half of that fucking weight.

  • Nothing about it seems fake, but his legs seem awfully skinny to be squatting 700 pounds

  • @Geoooooorgia I guess...IF 34" thighs are skinny.

  • @BROZKNOWS thats not big lol...

  • @BROZKNOWS lol 'skinny' what are you looking at, his calves. The squats mostly in the back, and upper legs.

  • @BROZKNOWS lol that dude reckons squating r working on "calves" lol theres a big differece between bodybuilding and powerlifting.

  • @BROZKNOWS Damn 34" ?! Thats bigger than my freaking waist!

  • @BROZKNOWS hey in order to get stronger on squats i need to do 5x5 right with as much weight as i can?

  • @sir360 no

  • @BROZKNOWS oh what should i do? usually people say low reps lots of weight to get stronger?

  • @sir360 low reps is 1

  • @sir360 The routines these guys follow vary, but generally it equates to maxing out (i.e. sets of 1) every day, though it does seem Broz has them do other sets such as 3-5, as well.

  • @BROZKNOWS he's judging your squat by your calves.lmao. amateurs. I wear basketball shorts to squat and love how shocked some of these clowns get when all they can see is my claves and shins

  • @Geoooooorgia if u even trained, big legs dont mean shit, in max squats, you forget? his lower back and spinal erectors are hella strong, hips too, put a vid of you up then talk shit

  • @Geoooooorgia Skinny legs? This guy could calf raise your house.

  • @Geoooooorgia hes legs just seem skinny because his upper body is 10 times bigger than yours

  • @Geoooooorgia lets dont forget ... the quads are doing the job not calves !

  • @Geoooooorgia It probably seems fake because when you think of a strong person you think of a bodybuilder not a person that actually trains for strength like a Powerlifter/Olympic lifter. Totally different breeds of lifters.

  • @Geoooooorgia of course as skinny as paul adersons lol

  • Shit I thought I heard his knee snap @ 0:07 :o

  • how does he lower it so quickly at that weight thats ridiculous and go so low i thought i was strong i can just get 405

  • hahahaa he cant fit any more weight on the bar :P

  • how the fuck does he do that without a belt...

  • RAW!!!!! POWER!!!!!

  • incredible! I can barely squat 40% of that...

  • finally... the first man on youtube who knows what raw means.

  • Not for him atleast.

  • "nice shit" hahaha

  • lol the bar cant even handle that weight.

  • how are those clamps even holding on

  • this man laughs at gravity.

  • ok, i talk shit about every shit fuck that puts a video here showing that he is strong but bro i salute you nice shit.

  • Can I chat with this guy please?

  • And then a year later he did it 5 times. Good stuff.

  • He just used the bounce to get back up

  • @mastera1993 He "just" used the bounce? Just using the bounce squatting 320 kg would probably crush you like a worm against the floor dont you think?

  • Incredible strength man! Big things in the future for you!

  • When you bury your squat its crazy fast - how do you knees feel after those?

  • So much iron on that bar that it looks like its made out of plastic!

  • Looking forward to seeing this kid in the future.

Isn't doing all those lifts at that weight without spotters dangerous?

  • @LloydChristmas777 not at all.

  • @BROZKNOWS lol!looks like he had another 1 or too :O!
