Can anybody suggest a place where I could get the sheet music for Schumann's "Kinderszenen"(Scenes from Childhood)? Apparently the Internet is full of copies and junk, but I would like to obtain the original.
I know the name of the song, Schumann and it's called "Scenes From Childhood."
Here is the interview:
I read that you learned to play piano for RockNRolla.
I did, yeah. I absolutely did. I learned to play a piece... written by Schumann and it's called "Scenes From Childhood." And the reason I chose it was because he went mental; I mean, he lost his mind writing this piece. And unfortunately it didn't work out to be in the film, but the fingering's exactly the same.
He said he learned to play Schumann's "Scenes From Childhood" for the film but it wasn't used in the end and I think instead the song is an original for the movie.
He said the fingering is basically the same. "Scenes from Childhood" has many parts though, but none are quite like the film's piece

i just love the whole movie. but this is indeed the best scene.
a great monologue, with a very good visual settlement of the told and the happening inside the story.

Guy Ritchie paying homage to his influences again.... This has Rob Reiner written all over it. Works nicely Though.

what I don't get is why they started on hole 9? If they didn't start on hole 9, why didn't Lennie ask about the clear course on the other 8 holes?
LeighRollo2006 3 years ago
because he wanted Lenny to have a hard time getting back. So he brought him out really far
SithLord666x 3 years ago
they start on hole one just this is the part where there at hole 9
its clear because the russian paid for it to be clear so they ddnt have to wait for people to play

Easily the best scene of Rocknrolla. Weird to find one of the best scenes Ritchie's ever put together in one of his worst films.
