@wtfunder im hoping very soon...i am very sorry about the delay and no videos..lot of stuff has been going on..from my wedding and honeymoon, my sisters wedding 3 weeks after that...and getting out of money troubles...we didnt have money for gas in bikes and the gas that we did have we were being very careful will it and conserving it...whne i get on bike i will recored..trust me it sucks for me too

Cost much by the end of the day... not sure how house prices are going over seas but I know if I were to get a place over here I would have to sell my kidneys just to cover a deposit.
to be honest the house wasnt bad at all..its not a great house its like a starter home....no money down..and no pmi due to a rual development loan. you would be amazed at how much it was...and the payments are cheaper than my apartment was
The place my wife and I are in now is like a pokey 2 bedroom place... mid terrace... subsiding... next to no heating... costs around 200k american... I always look at places overseas... and tend to feel a bit jealous :/ Like how much better I could give my wife if I wasn't on this little island haha
