What I meant by Underrated is his title reigns.i mena they are TOO short.i'll give an example : in Fatal 4 way he won the WHC but at Money in The bank kane cashes in and won the title.They didnt give him a longer reign (less than a month)

and last summer when Rey defeats the miz for the wwe title cena came in and took the title.

Rey Mysterio is honestly one of the great superstars of all time. But he doesnt really do it for me. Haha.
