@33kemit No, pac didn't agree to the test. The issue with the testing is RANDOM BLOOD TESTING. Which is what bothers them. Roy Jones did test positive more than once. Yet, only reason why they tested positive, was because they allowed themselves to test positive. Not that the blood test did its job. They cycle their testing around their use of the drugs. And the evidence comes from someone having 40+ fights, keeping his power, increasing his punch output and knocking out bigger opponents
