@linnylin45 The vitamin e stick is just pure vitamin e in chapstick form. If you want to use a chapstick with vitamin e, make sure it doesn't have artificial flavours or colours or other ingredients that could cause irritation. I find the best method is to use the vitmain e oil (either from the capsules or from a bottle of vitamin e oil) and apply it to the base of the lashes using a small angled brush. Hope this helps :)
I have tried latisse tried the 1st tiny bottle that I paid 120 for, didn't see a difference, then I found out if they do grow, you have to use it for life because they will stop growing if you stop using latisse..Who can afford that ..for me NOT WORTH IT!! naturally I turned back to finding the only true solution ..condition them with these oils.
I used the vitamin stick and woke up with my eyelids heavily swollen. It took 2 days for it to go away. I was so embarrassed throughout the whole day :(
@darlindee07 Oh no!!! You obviously had an allergic reaction to vitamin e then. I'm so sorry! Olive oil or castor oil might work for you. Do you have other allergies that you know of that might cause you to react negatively to other oils?
@Mambogirl22 i cant find the vitamin e stick nowhere..i tried a couple walgreens and walmart...help do u know if these stores still carry this product so i can keep looking:\ i really wanna try it..
@jofig1023 Hey, I do know that Walmart does indeed carry the stick. I just saw some there a couple weeks ago. It will be in the vitamins section. If you can't find the vitamin e stick, go ahead and get a bottle of vitamin e oil and then use a brush to apply it to the base of your lashes. That's my favorite method.
Girlfriend you don't have to listen just take the arrow key and move it over to one of the little pictures to the right and click on it with the mouse !
You're so gorgeous and you don't even try lol and I love your voice for some reason, it's soothing (hope that's not too creepy haha) but thanks for the tip I'm definitely gunna try this. I'm excited haha. I also heard that vaseline works really well too
I watched that vaseline and tried it quite sometime. and sometimes I forgot to apply it on my lashes. It really good for my eyes no dryness every morning and or on my face where I applied. Its good. But if I still doing might be my lashes are long now.
@abdallah220 It's either or. The stick form of the vitamin e can be applied OR the oil version. I prefer the oil version, but the stick version is what I first used when I saw results.
Actually, don't do that. The vitamin E oil started fucking up my vision cuz I was applying too much all over my lashes. So while it did condition them and I am starting to notice more growth in my lashes, applying a bunch all over your lashes is BAD. I was having really blurred vision for a few days after doing this so I stopped and just applied a thin coat on the base of my upper and lower lashes...and then slightly add some ONTO the lashes. But please, don't apply too much!
@roooose16 Very little of the product, if any, gets into your eyes if you just apply it to the base of your lashes. I haven't experienced any negative side effects or sensation when using vitamin e. Vitamin e oil is not harmful to the eyes in small doses but of course, try not to get any in just to be safe.
@kuchikirukia991 Hey, I noticed that my eyelashes looked thicker, so it looked like I had more lashes. I can't really say if more actually grew, but I do know that my existing lashes were conditioned, so they plumped up and grew bigger, both length-wise and width-wise. If you're interested, I would definitely try it out!
So I stumbled upon this looking for some avon lash grower serum review but I will try this since I have a bottle of vitamin E I take as a daily supplement. I squeezed out the vitamin E into a empty cosmetic compact thing and washed a small brush I had and applied it to the base of my top and bottom lashes. Will come back in 2 weeks with my review :) thanks for this.
@bluetigressemoon You can mix any oils together that you like, but I do find that viamin e oil works slightly better, for me atleast. Vitamin e oil, when applied topically, promotes blood circulation (which can stimulate hair growth) as well as conditions the lashes, and these two factors together is what makes your lashes fuller. Pure vitamin e oil is easy to find at any drugstore; they are sold in bottle form. I hope this helps :)
thank you for your video... the vitamin E really does work! i use the vitamin E capsules (i squeeze a capsule or two in a tiny cosmetic jar and tiny eyeliner brush) every night before i go to bed. what i noticed was my lashes are growing thicker... there are so many brand new lashes that is growing under my long lashes... this is great! you really get the results in less than a month for less. thank you!
I can't find the vitamin e stick :( do you think my eos lip balm will work the same? It has jojoba oil, shea butter, vitamin c, and vitamin e in it . Please reply thank you :)
@Puertoricanbeauty22 I think it would work well because of all those ingredients but they do have fragrance and dye that may irritate your eye. I know that finding those vitamin e sticks is tricky, you have to hunt for them but they are available at most Wal-marts. You're going to get best results by using the oil and brush format because it's more concentrated. Hope this helps :)
i totally agree with you 'coz i use the Vitamin E capsules (of course i squeeze it in a small cosmetic jar and a tiny eyeliner brush)... totally works!!!
I have been brushing olive oil on my eyelashes. Although my eyelashes are naturally long and thick, I have seen a positive difference. Day and night and massage the lashes as well.
there are also a lot of oiils you can mix with vitamin e for good results, castor oil, olive oil, almond oil, im using olive oil right now, i've actually grown NEW eyelashes :DD loving the results
@Youngboxer1 You know, I haven't tried if for eyebrows. Because it's oil, I think it would be a little awkward to put on your eyebrows but if you're truly interested, it is worth a try. You need to do it for atleast a month thought to see results. I'd say it'd be best to try it at night when you're sleeping and remember to not sleep on your face or else your pillows will get oily :) It just make your hair appear thicker because it's conditioning it.
Does an oil that contains vitamin E work as well? :) Where i come from they dont sell much of pure vitamin E oils and such so all i have is some oil that contains vitamin E :/
@hotdg77 I think it would work as well. I would even try olive oil. It's just a very concentrated conditioning treatment. Fish oil would work as well I imagine.
Wow! Your very beautiful! Completely flawless! please dont tell me your without make up... then your probaby the most beautiful girl ive ever seen! and you seem very sweet :)
@ShellSAGshow Hey! You know, I do think it would have the same effect. As long as it's an oil rich in nutrients that would condition your hair. I'd say try it :)
I also searched on Walgreens store and website and walmarts website for this "Golden E" vitamen stick and is no where to be found... Is the the ACTUAL brand name? help! i really want this stick more than the vitamen itself =/ thanks for sharing though!
@chuchi100293 Hi! The actual brand name of the vitamin stick wasn't on the packaging so, I'm sorry but I don't remember what it was. It just had a golden e on it. I have noticed that only select Walmarts carry it. A great way to apply the oil is to just purchase a bottle of vitamin E oil from any vitamin section and use a brush to dip it in for each application (it's less messy than the tablets).
@aruoriwonoble I think olive oil would work as well. I can't say if it would work better or worse than vitamin e, but if you're up for it, I would def try it and see what the results are :)
that is AWESOME! Have you ever heard of using castor oil for lash growth? I tried, but never kept it up for longer than 3 days as it's messy and sticky and sometimes would get into my eye. Yuck. And you're very beautiful btw :)
@MissLalaland89 Hey! I haven't heard about using castor oil for eyelashes but I have for hair. Because it is so sticky and messy I wouldn't recommend it for eyelashes. I just started using the vitamin e for my lashes and I again see awesome results! As long as you have a designated brush application on your lashes, it isn't messy. Thanks so much :)
