i just got my first unfair neg, after holding a 100% fb w/over 500 transactions. The buyer blatantly lied about everything, and I have it all documented in emails sent thru ebay's system. But ebay support guy told me straight out - "We don't care if what he said in the neg is all lies. He has the right to say whatever he wants"> I think my bp went sky high!! That's it - the last straw, I'm closing my store at the end of Feb, and going somewhere else. Don't know where yet. :(
BTW - I know the first neg is the toughest, but I'm not willing to stick around to have other buyers (or friends of this buyer) threaten/go thru with negative feedback again just because they wanted a free pair of shoes!

Some of those alternatives are growing at incredible rates. Ebay is nothing but a scam and a haven for scammers anymore IMO, the biggest ones perpetrated by the management, and the entire world can see that. It is done. Over. Finished. History.
Like a trapped animal squirming in pain and anguish but it is being transmitted to it's once loyal following now. Someone should just put it out of it's misery. But watching it die in slow motion has been pretty entertaining I must admit.
I like the vulture/eagle effect at the end. Well done and well stated. The only way to end the mononopoly is to leave ebay, don't sell or buy there...don't use paypal, skype, or any of the other ebay owned properties. You get what you give in life, and ebay's in for a whole lot of hurt.

Thney have done a lot of damage to a lot of people, and added insult to injury with all the BS we have all been seeing lately, and I hope they go out of business and get thrown in prison. All this garbage hearkens back to the days of the Robber barons and like that, throw in a touch of Mafia like BS to try and intimidate people, commie crap with censorship, pure sleez with the posers, rubes, marks... u get the picture. It all adds up to bigtime Organized Crime IMO.

Hey llyndalee, if you were wondering what happened to the "Chop Victoriously" channel background, I change it out all the time, so you need to check in once in a while to see what is there. People who want the backgrounds can get Firefox extension "view image backgrounds" to extract them easily.
yeah, I hear alot these days from people who used to use ebay. Some of them will just be having garage sales, using Craigslist and classifieds, or just donating their old stuff to Goodwill instead of trying to sell it on ebay because it is less of a headache and they get a tax deduction form too.

Ways to save ebay :
1. kick the ceo donahoe out of the company.
2. ebay should publicly apologise to all sellers that ebay has a make a very big mistake by emplying donahoe to be the ceo.
3. reverse the feedback policy. Sellers have the right to leave negative comment on buyers too.
donahoe is a tyrant.
